Ok, I loved this book. It wasn't as action packed as Kiss of Snow but it did deal with the fall out of the book. At times this one felt as if it was Hawke & Sienna part 2, rather than Riaz & Adria but that was ok with me as Hawke is in my top five favourite literary males.

The reason why I loved this book so much is the fact that it dealt with lots of intricacies of pack life and the different roles each member has. There is so much more to the Changelings than being an Alpha, Beta, Submissive, M ...more

I really loved this series, and so I'm not sure why it took me so long to get to this book. I think part of it is that the changeling/changeling romances don't appeal to me as much as the psy/changeling... those totally different personality types coming together just, imo, make for a richer story.

That said, I enjoyed this. Riaz and Adria were fun, and while I could have stood for less Sienna (I know other people burned out on Sascha, but I love her... whereas Sienna just was a spoiled brat for ...more

Holy shit! that was my last th0ught on this b0ok. there's so many g0ing 0ns and back st0ries here, 0ne would get l0st if you havent read the wh0le series. I f0resee r0mance f0rming for s0me of the Arr0ws, and a l0t f0r newly intr0duced changelings like Alexei, Jem, Maine etc etc and I'm l0oking f0rward to th0se.

While I really enjoyed this book, it wasn’t the main story of Riaz and Adria that added to that enjoyment. Don’t get me wrong, I did enjoy their story, but I much preferred the additional insight into Hawk’s and Sienna’s story, as well as the craziness going on in the Psy population. Things are definitely heating up and I look forward to seeing where my favorite characters go from here!
