First Read Review:
Mine to Possess is the story of Clay, a sentinel and leopard changeling within DarkRiver, and Talin, the girl from his childhood he thought died years ago in a car accident. Clay has loved her all his life and was never able to get passed losing her. Kidnappings from the group she works for, Shine, have brought them back together again. I didn't enjoy this one as much as the others. I loved Clay but Tally was harder to love despite her vulnerability and sad past.

The complex Psy have a complicated and frightening history. Each revelation about them reveals another reason to fear and loathe those responsible for implementing and maintaining Silence, and those who wish to take it a step further by trying to create a hive mind, thereby completely destroying individuality and the freedom of choice.

Mine to Possess on Books On Track

There may be a lot of "pretty talk" in this series, lots of big words and macho reactions etc etc, but I really enjoy the world it's set in and, yes, even the pretty talk has its appeal. The Psy-Changeling world is complex and very interesting and the characters all have their own brand of charisma.

A fun albeit dark series. Looking forward to Dorian's story.

Now those children are disappearing and when bodies begin to be discovered, Tal ...more

I really had fun with this one. I see in reviews that some people were bothered by Talin, but I had no trouble with her. I really enjoyed this book. The look into Clay's past was fabulous - including watching he and Talin overcome their horrible shared past - and it made for a great addition to the series. It got so sweet as they came together that I got a bit teary.

This book also forwarded the overall series plot quite a bit. I can't wait to see where things go with Kaleb, Nikita and Anthony o

It was a really fast read. I think it was a little shorter than the others. Same format but as with BDB that back story keeps it moving along.
