We met Brenna Shane Kincaid and Judd Lauren int he first book of this series, Slave to Salvation. I had no desire to read more about Judd, but wanted to know how Brenna was going. HOWEVER...it was Judd who stole the show.

Judd is a powerful psy. Brenna is a werewolf who was kidnapped, raped, and beaten. She turns to the cold as ice Judd. This pairing did seem odd at first, but leave it to Brenna to melt Judd's iced heart.

Once again I notice that I don't like book that are part of a series, where each book is about a different character and there is a bigger plot - good vs. evil usually. And there are a lot of book that are like that, such a Black Dagger Brotherhood and Lords Of The Underworld and etc... But maybe I liked BDB move because it was a little funnier, liked the male characters better and over whole that writing suits me better.

Third book in, I'm starting to the Psy-net thing (I'm a little slow on grasping this concept. Found it a little hard to wrap my head around). I think I liked it a little more. Than the first two. Also, I think this is one of the series that you have to read in order and back-to-back. I haven't read it in several month, and took me awhile to remembe who, what, when, where, how.
