First Read Review:
Caressed By Ice is my favorite book so far in the Psy-Changeling series. I thought Judd was an interesting character in the previous books, although he was a small part in them. It was wonderful to see him have his own story. Especially one so full of ups and downs and fear and love.

Brenna was abducted and has been fighting the over protectiveness of her brothers. She's noticed that she is drawn to Judd, t

Judd Lauren was an Arrow, an elite soldier trained to be a merciless killer under the complete control of the ruthless Psy Council. But when Judd's family was slated for rehabilitation, a fate far worse than death for any psy, he defected and now the Laurens live hidden in SnowDancer lands. Brenna Kincaid was a happy innocent student before she was kidnapped and tortured by a Psy serial killer. Her SnowDancer pack saved her, but her scars run deep and when she begins to have visions of another k ...more

It was interesting getting some detail on the inner workings of the Psy world, through Judd. The political machinations of the Psy Council were fascinating. I like that I am still not quite sure where any of them stand. And on that topic, (view spoiler) ...more

This book didn't skeeve me out nearly as much as the previous one. However, there were quite a few things that bothered me. First: the first third didn't hook me at all and took forever to get through. I can't really put my finger on why I didn't like it - I just thought it was

I promised myself I wouldn't read another one. It's a romance. The two main characters are introduced right up front so we know exactly who is going to be banging whom in another 200 pages. But I couldn't help it. I like Nalini Singh and I actually got caught up in the sexual tension, reading, waiting for these two people to bang each other. You'd think by the third book, I would have figured this out and it wouldn't be interesting anymore but mmm I guess not.
I'm actually peeking into the fourt
