Wuthering Heights is part of my goal to read more classical books through out the year. I've it to be a challenging read not just for the language but for the characters themselves. I found that I sympathized with Heathcliff at the beginning of the book and later on was appalled by his actions. Catherine Earnshaw claimed how much she loved Heathcliff yet married another Edgar Linton. The next generation seeed to fair well until circumstances altered who they're as people.
