I tried to listen to audiobooks while I'm working out. Not my thing, I just can't concentrate on it

please make sure to put all the cards it can be used for :) so Hart Notes has a second author and the title stats with H. And your other book is 1 in a series and "The" can be ignored so S works as title for card 6 as well

There's no hurry really :) I was just lucky to have a whole day off when the challenge started

I'd encourage everyone to check in with us every now and then, even if you didn't finish a book. Just so we know you're still participating ;) And it's a social challenge, so feel free to talk about whatever!! :D

I just finished my first book as well, the first book in the Nancy Drew line! I can only recommend it, it's a quick read and well written :)

yeah sorry I never got to post the book post layout, my laptop is a mess and was not working properly. and yesterday I went to styria for a short family visit. I'll try and get my laptop running again tomorrow evening hopefully

I'd suggest reading the first comments in this thread, we put everything important in there :) Christina posted the layout which you should use to post your finished books in here. We'll put them in the spreadsheet ourselves. I'd rather not have more than 3 people working on it as us captains have to double check each book read.

but you can always point out mistakes we might make or anything that concerns the spreadhseet :)

I'm currently on my phone, but will do a "practice read book" comments in the evening after work so you have a specific idea

@Colleen only us captains will be able to put something in the spreadsheet. so if we don't notice a possible reverse card, please let us know.
but we usually double check books, so if you've logged your books in goodreads we'll notice in most cases :)

how is everyone doing? :) we've got 4 more days! has everyone picked their first read yet? I think I'll either dive into the stories of Nancy Drew or read a Stephen King book as I haven't done that in a while

I'm done with my exams for now, next ones will be in March. So I can finally look through my bookshelf and maybe even finish my current read before the challenge starts :p

Following up on Colleens post I just want to make sure everyone knows that you don't have to focus on just finding coloured books :) we have many other cards to cover each month, and not everyone has to read a coloured one.

I want everyone to read books they feel like reading at the moment. ;)

I have NO idea what to read yet .. I might start with the first Nancy Drew book - to get a feeling for our group name
