both sound interesting, maybe one of them fits the mini!

I'm looking for somehing that fits the mini challenge xD I just can't seem to find anything
Sorry I haven't checked in sooner, my papers took longer than expected. But I'm done now and will have more time to read again. I will check out the mini challenge when I get home tonight to see what I can cover
I have 2 papers to finish in the next 10 days, so might not check in until they are done. Will probably read at a slower pace so I can hopefully use my two books I'll read for the mini challenge
Thanks Jean for covering!I've started my book, but it's less stressful for me if I can finish it at the beginning of March
I should finish my current book today or tomorrow. Then I'll start my book for task 45. If anyone is bored and can finish a book for task 45 (shelved "Gods") before me, be my guest. Just let me know, I can also hold back with finishing the book, so we can use it for our March hand
I hope everyone had a good weekend. I'm halfway through my current book, so should finish it this week
I only just saw you put me down for task 44. So I will try to do both 44 and 45 as the books aren't too long and I have a little more time in February than I'll have in March and April
I could take "45 - shelved God's" and continue with the third Percy Jackson book. They are quick reads, so I might get one more book in, will see
I finished my first book this weekend, will update the sheet once I get to my laptop. willpick my nxt read so it can work for the mini challenge
just checking in :) I have started Cinder and hope to finish it this week as I'll be at the thermal baths over the weekend. My plan is to just relax and read. I have so many papers to write for university, sorry if I'm not checking in enough. I really just forgot about it
I haven't been able to finish my current book, I guess that one will have to wait until may lol (but the story isn't really coplex, so can easily pick it up in 3 months again). I haven't planned my books for february yet. so if anyone has recommendations for light reads let me know. I have a few papers to write for university, so I'm really looking for fun and not too complex books
I just realised I only have one week to finish my current book before the challenge starts.. Time is flying
🔖 Which books are you most looking forward to reading this year?I have really no idea. I'm just happy to get back into reading haha
🔖 How do you consume your books and where do you usually get them?
I usually read on my kindle and get books through overdrive. I might give audio books another shot as I'm currently crocheting a blanket and listening to a book would be great instead of mindlessly watching tv shows lol
🔖 Which author(s) have you read all /most books of?
Probably Stephen King books. I'm not a fan of his person (don't getme started on the sexist language he uses especially in his old books), but something about his books just capture me.
🔖 Would you reather hear a spoiler of a book’s ending or never find out how it ends?
Spoiler for sure
🔖 If you could live in any book universe which one would you choose to be in?
Harry Potter would be fun because of the magic. Otherwise any cozy small town in a romantic book
🔖 Time to get controversial - Which book do you think is the most overrated?
Terry Pratchett books, never got into them
Hey! I'm Daniela, also from Austria. This is my 8th time playing, first time not as captain or co-captain as university will keep me quite busy this semester. Christina and I have been on the same team every year since 2016 or 2017 I think, so I'm happy to see her here again lol
I'm also doing the popsugar challenge this year to get to know new authors. I mostly read thrillers or supernatural stuff, but with uno I tend to read anything I stumble upon (especially for the mini challenges)
Here is my shelf
