88432 Phew! That was fun filling everything up! :P
Awesome job everyone so far. I am so elated to see the hands getting filled up. We are aaaaaaalmost there.

Okay, here is what we need.
4 - F - One book - Christy
5 - I - One book - Christy/Shamber
9 - N - One book - Kate
REVERSE - Two books - Noel #1 & Donna #2
DRAW 2 - One book - Christy
WILD - One book
WILD DRAW 4 - One book - Priority #2

Since Shamber is reading an I Book for 5, we can then focus on the F Book.
I can move things around, hopefully for the other letters, if we can get these priorities sorted out.

88432 I am going to move things around a bit based on the new additions by Christy, as soon as I reach home in a few minutes. Will drop in an update to see what else we need, post that. Hopefully, I can find in ways to fill out the crazy numbers.

Awesome Shamber, that certainly is a smaller book than the one I have. If you are reading that, then I will keep my I book for next month, and work on finding something that works with the remaining hands.

88432 I am reading a Reverse book which Rebecca read last week. So, that is covered. If you have an I book, go for it since you are a much faster reader than me, else I have one requested from my library.

88432 If anyone has a yellow book which could potentially have any name/place that starts with N, please prioritize that, so that we can grab the color card for some more points!

88432 As we get into the last weekend of the month, please take a minute to look into the official challenge spreadsheet for our group.

I've tried to consolidate it as much sequentially as possible. But, note that, if we have an incomplete hand, we don't get points for anything read after that.

So, please stop by and see which letters need help, before you select your next book.

As Donna said, we can move things around very easily, so don't worry about a certain card or a number. Historically, finding I/V/Es is slightly tougher than S/K/T/Hs etc. but we will find a way.

The only thing I would most definitely appreciate if you could do would be to list as many characters and locations in your book as you go along, since finding that information can be slightly harder for someone who hasn't read the book. This helps in moving things around at the end. Just jot them out as you go so you don't have to remember them at the end (at least that is what I do).

Another thing that you may want to keep in mind is the mini challenge that just got started. That will have specific tasks and some additional letters for spell-out, so do keep an eye out for that as well.

Long story short - read, read, read, and note, note, note!
The game is just that, on a broader scale.

88432 Yaaay, welcome Noel! :D
Hope you are ready to have some fun and read some awesome books!

Most of the information is mentioned in Donna's first couple of messages. Please feel free to ask anything you want to know and Donna or I will be glad to help. :)

I presume we can backtrack your finished books from the beginning of February (looking at you, Uno Pixie! :P), so when you do settle in and if you have read some books this month, feel free to jot them down, so we can have them logged in the spreadsheet!

Welcome again! :)

88432 Oh, don't worry about it, Rebecca! I just saw them and thought to remind you, in case that tiny detail was missed out.

Real life takes precedence obviously, and I hope things get easier for you on that front.

There is a mini challenge in play. You can check it out here"

Since this link somehow didn't work for me and took me to the GoodReads homepage, here is the link again!

It sure seems intriguing, this challenge! :)
I'm excited.

88432 Rebecca, if and when you get a chance, can you please add the two books you have read in February to your UNO shelf and add all the relevant details in the spreadsheet so that we can have them logged in?
Don't want to keep any books behind! :)

88432 Since we have a bunch a 'Reverse' cards this month, I would love to know your favorite reads ever!

How about we jot down a few of our 4 or 5-star reads, so we can pick and choose to read some of them?
Here are mine!
- Burial Rites | Hannah Kent | Historical Fiction
- Moloka'i | Alan Brennert | Historical Fiction
- Bird Box | Josh Malerman | Horror
- A Man Called Ove | Frederick Bachman | Realistic FIction
- My Husband's Wife | Jane Corry | Mystery

88432 A couple of quick reminders, since we are almost a week into the challenge!
- Please add all your read books in your respective UNO shelves.
- Ideally, let's make sure we add all our completed books in the READ folder and update all the relevant information in the tracking spreadsheet. (links to both in Msg. 4 above)
- If that seems like a hassle, at the least let's make sure the tracking spreadsheet is up-to-date with all the information for the book we are reading.
I have modified the tracking spreadsheet a bit, to make it easier for me and/or Donna to update the main spreadsheet, but it would only help if you put in all the information there which we can then use to move stuff around as required.

Hope you all are reading some fun books.
Personally for me, I was slumped a bit with work and have been a bit slow off the blocks, but hopefully, I can pick the pace up! :)

88432 Hey! Hey! Hey!
I guess this is my cue to continue on the Hannah Swensen series that I started last year! Cheeky, eh?! :)

So glad to be part of this team. Hope you all have had a great start to the year! I am currently travelling visiting home in India but will be back in Boston, Massachusetts where I live before the start of the challenge.

I love UNO! I have pretty much participated in all of them so far and loved them all. (Won the last one, *cough*brag*cough*) LOL!

Excited to hear from all of you. Hope we rock this one too! :D
