The good thing about this challenge is that any book read can be used in some way shape or form... plus we can always move things around to accommodate new books. So, please feel free to read whatever you intend to, and we will try and find a place for it.
... given of course, that you jot down important details throughout the books like character names, locations etc. as you go along!
Saraaa wrote: "Also, I have a question. For the characters, is it required that he/she is the main character for it to be counted or any character in the book would do? ."It doesn't have to be the main character, any character should do!
P.S. This is a very cute book. I loved Alex!

Hey Kunal,Unless you have done so already, would you mind adding the book (and all subsequent ones) in our tracking spreadsheet, and filling it as you go... just so that we can have a running track of things! Thanks! :)

Hey! Finally a guy around here in these team challenges! :D
I was beginning to feel lonely :P
Welcome, Kunal! :)
As Karen mentioned, this is one of the most easiest competitive team challenge you'd come across. The bottomline is to really just read-read-read... we can always try and use that book somewhere in all our cards. So, two things!
One, READ!
Two, Note down every little detail from your book for the alphabets we have (so that we can move the books around as required)!
Simple! :)
Sassafrass wrote: "We are just getting over a snowstorm and it's frigid here. Apoorv is lucky because he's in India and missed all the fun."I knooooooow! I luckily missed it. When I left The States, around Christmas, it was just about beginning to get crazy, but I was not expecting it to get so bad! I am here in 70F and sweating, in a week I'll be in -10F and freezing! :P
Stay safe and indoors, Sass! From what I am reading and hearing, it's just crazy out there.

OMG! Yaaay! Howdy, everybody?
I am Apoorv, and I currently live in Greater Boston Area in Massachusetts, USA. I am on vacation in India as I type this, but I do hope to be back with my routine in MA sometime around mid-January. In the meantime, I should still be around, albeit sporadically, so I apologize in advance, if I am day or two behind.
But, I am sooooo excited for another round of UNO. I simply love this challenge (pretty much why its 4/4 UNO challenges for me now). And literally every challenge has been more fun, more excitement and lovely team members.
I've played in the same team as Sassafrass and Diane before, but this is such a nice new team for me. Makes it even more fun! Excited to interact with all of you!
... and then we have Karen as our captain, who is a wizard-in-disguise! :D
GoodReads is all heart! I love this place so much, that I spend time on here even at work (shhhh! don't tell anyone! :P)
I hope to have loads of fun with this challenge.
So, WELCOME EVERYONE AND IT'S TIME TO HAVE FUN! :D
Yaaaaaay!

Once again, YOU ALL ARE AWESOME! :D
Everything should be updated in the Master Spreadsheet based on what we have on our Planning Spreadsheet and some snooping around that I did from your respective UNO shelves. We can still gather some more points for our Easter Challenge, if I could get some more information for the following books:
Accused (Carmen)
Fire Me Up (Plethora)
Pipe Dreams (Sassafrass)
Do any of these books fit into any categories for our Easter Challenge?
AND/OR
Do any of these aforementioned books, plus the following books have absolutely anything that starts with an U?
No Strings Attached (Sassafrass)
Divided in Death (Sassafrass)
Out of Bounds (Sassafrass)
Tea with Milk and Murder (Plethora)
Do let me know, and I will add the respective information into our spreadsheet tomorrow morning, when I get a breather from work.

Sassafrass wrote: "Also, for the scrabble, are these totally different books or can we use the ones that we've used for Parts 1, 2 or 3? "I have the same question. I hope we can use our books from the other parts, else its just going to be hard!
I am keeping the Challenge Spreadsheet updated based off of whatever information is mentioned in the Planning Spreadsheet, so I do encourage everyone to stop by the Planning Spreadsheet and update anything that you havent. We want to count every little book each one of us reads.
Elena wrote: "Any Scrabble enthusiasts in the team? :) .."Me! Me! Me!
I haven't spent time with the Mini challenge yet (still get back on track after the weekend travel), but I should be able to look into it later today, hopefully!
This is exciting! :)
