8565 I love the way you pick quotes, Susan. They always give me just enough of a glimpse to make me curious. Like with this one. Now I want to know what the dad myth is and what DOES a fashion magazine have to do with it.

8565 Sign ups for cycle #2 are open from now until May 7th. When signing up, please indicate the number of books that you would like to read during the cycle.

I have posted the changes to the rules in the Rules of the Game thread.

Theme for Cycle #2 (at least one book picked for each member of your team has to meet this theme):

Since it is SPRINGTIME please pick a book where the letters of the author's initials can be found in the word SPRINGTIME.

Thanks Bea and Amy for the theme.

Also, can we change our number of books? Right now I'm really busy so I may want to go down to one book."

Yep, sign ups for the second cycle start May 1st. We are making a few changes to in response to some of the feedback that we got from you all in Cycle 1.

And, as Tien said, you can certainly change the number of books you sign up for. Each Cycle will be totally separate.

Easy to find things on, yes. Not so easy to narrow down the pickings. :)"

I totally hear you on that one. My list could be HUGE. If I had no othr groups and challenges but this one, and did not review books, I could just read books off of this list for the whole month.

8565 Yes, this is a very easy shelf to pick from, isn't it, Susan.
