Again, dear ol' father has shown the finest side of himself, thought Asher Braxton sarcastically when he had came to see his father in a drunken state yet again--well the passed out part of it anyways. Highly irresponsible of the man if you asked Asher. 'Tis was not a true wonder why everyone wanted to dethrone Lawerson. But, a lie could be thrown to the lords of the lands to save his father's name and Asher would take his place and responsibilities of the day...something that had become far more common recently. And as it was expected, things had been starting to rise for Meanera under the rule of someone other than Lawerson. Born and raised for the job, Asher was indeed. But, getting it before being overthrown might not be a reality it seemed. 

The guards quickly kneeled to Asher as he approached the court room and swung the large doors open for him. He let his discomfort of the fact that within that room was a very great enemy melt away and found his voice fast to get things on track. 

"I do apologize for my father's current absence," he said loud enough for all the land's highly powered men to hear. A smile came to his lips, though fake as it was it was not noticeable how untrue the grin actually was. "Held up with some of the issues of the people that need his help that he could not bare to ignore. Surely the gent shall join soon enough."



Under his breath Braylin Wyatt Wes muttered a few words of disbelief at the prince's words. If anyone hated how the kingdom of Meanera was being ran, it was Braylin. Lawerson disgusted him to no ends. But, he was most certainly not the sinister man behind the line of attacks at the family. 

"Keep your words to yourself, my friend," Maximus Snow warned his best friend under his breath. "As well as that temper of yours." Max perked a brow to Braylin, not sure if he should make Braylin wait outside or not considering the odds of Braylin not being able to do the latter. 

"I will mind my words and temper so long as there is not reason given to unleash either," Braylin assured. 

"Aye, of course you will. But, your version of a reason to let loose your fury and others' are of drastic differences."

With a half cocked smile, Braylin looked to Max. "Then we should hope no reason of any level is provoked."

Max couldn't help but shake his head and let out a breath as he looked from his closest friend and to the prince. It had only been a year ago Max had inherited his position and thus, he was the youngest next to the lords. But,  Asher was actually a year below Max, so it eased Max's nerves a bit as far as age went. Nevertheless, Max was still on edge. 

I've made a Lord for Sorrel, though i want to ask if it's okay with you Hannah because one of your character's is the son of the guy I made lord. So, I killed your bastard son's father lol. Check and see if it's okay? I hope so because one of my most valued characters stem from parts of Max's life. I posted my dragon master in the Sorrel thread.

Name: Braylin Wyatt Wes

Age: 22

Gender: M

Parents: Drake Wes and Sheila Wes

Rank: father was of nobility, but mother was a peasant. So, Braylin was considered a high sort of peasant and low class of nobility. But, after saving Maximus's life, Braylin became Max's best friend and then his right hand basically.

Relationship: has not found someone that fits him yet. But, he doesn't fear the idea of falling in love.

Personality: Braylin isn't one to wait to react. He has a short temper and tends to confront anything or anyone if it posses an issue or threat to him or his friends. On average, Braylin doesn't make friends that last often, though those that stick around are kept close. He has his opinion and his opinion alone is usually the only one he trusts. He's relatively brilliant and could easily front as being as well taught as any well raised son of a duke or lord. 

He doesn't keep his emotions out of his actions. He feels that his actions should be influenced by emotions--depending on the emotion. But, thanks to that outlook, Braylin tends to act on each and every emotion if it's pushed far enough. He doesnt usually have fear, but when he does, his courage outweighs it. Cocky at times as well as fully confident. He lets people think he's an open book and is simple, but the deepest parts of him are not easily read, though not hidden. 

History: Born and raised in the outskirts of Sorrel, Braylin saw the darker sides of humans and witches alike from the day he was birthed. His parents did not restrict Braylin from mingling with whomever the curious boy wished to, but they would keep him from making drastic mistakes. However, they would let him fall from time to time to let Braylin learn to get back up on his feet. The mistakes he made made him strong and eventually he became a strong willed young man. 

He had been fully trained in the art of swordsmanship by a man known only by the shadows of the Sorrel Forest. The man taught Braylin the art of patience, though it did not stick well within the rambunctious boy. The shadow trainer taught Braylin far more than he was even aware of. But, those skills weren't put to good use yet. 

Braylin had bumped into none other than Maximus Snow at the age of 14 when Travis Snow had been killed. Braylin had been in the city for a reason that didn't exist really. Fate had brought him there. Braylin saved the life of Max when one of Travis's killers had tried to kill Max outside of the Lord's manner. After that day, Max had become great friends with Braylin, though they were not around each other often until the age of 21 for Braylin--when his shadow trainer told him he was ready to learn on his own and the same year Max's uncle was murdered and Max became Lord of Sorrel. 

After that, Max brought Braylin in as his right hand. Though Braylin's temper caused far to many issues at times. Max would usually just convince Braylin to stand back when Max knew there was a chance of Braylin's temper coming up. However, Braylin still travels with Max to away places to protect and advice when needed.

Skills: a champ with twin blades, bows, and throwing knives. However, he can use any weapon given to him. It's like he was born to fight. Has a sense of leadership like no other humans almost. Can anticipate an enemy's moves before they are done. Good deduction skills.

Appearance: a lot of time she is mistaken for a male because of her appearance. 

 

Personality: possessive of her master. Jealous of and acts meanly towards girls that take interest in Braylin if she does not approve in full. She obeys her master in the end, even if she doesn't want to. She has a darker vibe to her, but she is not evil. She has a lot of similar traits as her master. Headstrong, strong willed, confident, cocky, fearless most of the time, courage filled, but has her weaknesses that she doesnt show if she can help it. She would die for Braylin without a second thought. 

History: unknown. Awaken at some point in the RP to finds her master Braylin Wyatt Wes. 

Specialities: 

--she breaths fire, but not as hot as some of the others possible. The flame is darker in color with a tint of deep purple to the outer bits of the flame. 

--she can release a deafening screech that has the ability to shatter eardrums easily. 

--She's laced with the dark magic of Sorrel which does a large range of things to her body as well as spirit. ((will fill in more later on these...))

Species:  pure blood witch, but not in touch with that side. Family hides it. 

Appearance: 



Personality: Outspoken with his beliefs. He can admit when he is wrong, but that's rare it seems. It seems the universe tells him things, or so many believe. He is hard headed, strong willed, but has issues from things in his past. 

History: his father were murdered when he was 14. Harry Sorrel, brother of Travis, took over as lord and marry lady Linda. but was murdered when Max was 23 and Max was forced to step up and take over as a young lord. He was forced to grow up far to quickly in ways. Most of his past has been blurred in his mind, unable to recall his life for the most part. Its like something is literally fogging his mind to prevent him from remembering some very important things. 

Skills: the spirits of the world are guiding him just as those of his linage always had been. To protect him, the spirits even blurred his memory to keep some horrible things from being remembered. He's very brilliant in ways. He's great with a short blade and bow.

Personality: she's enlightening, yet haunting. Her words, actions, and thoughts are those of the dead at times. She is rather smart towards the supernatural, but fails to sometimes understand the simplest of things amongst living humans. She is generally nice, but like all gypsies, she can be misleading and cunning. 

History: born to a poor family, Zahara did not have much. She was raised to try and fit in. But, she was different. Unlike her parents, Zahara obtained her family's long line of powers. She was able to speak, see, and interact with those of the dead. The spirits soon became her guidance rather than her parents and took her far away from what used to be her home. She currently travels where the next spirit takes her. But, there has always been one dead that seemed to stay close to her, never revealing a name of any sorts. 

Skills: able to communicate and interact with spirits. Quick with responses. Able to handle herself for the most part. 

Other: The one spirit that haunts her constantly seems to want something. Something more so than any of the other dead that seek her.

Dorian has a lord and lady, not queen and king. So it'd have to be like the daughter of a lord. The peasant is fine :). You can have more than one as long as you can control them :).

Appearance:




Personality: Hard-worker, determined, caring for his people, able to see from the eyes of others in ways to help them, can be condescending and cocky if speaking to someone who is trying to sound better than him, able to take care of himself, not modest, headstrong, curious, active, energetic, and tends to stir up trouble unintentional.

History: second born to the king and queen. His older sibling, being a woman, was not in line to be the heir, so it was passed to Asher. He was raised in a manner that made him 'work his way up the ladder.' He would have to perform the work generally given to a peasant and climb up the social ladder in his mother's eyes and the high knight's that raised him eyes, passing up through labor work, to weaponry, to ruling a kingdom. His constant hassles have molded him into a ideal replacement for his father when that time comes and possibly even better the kingdom a few folds.

Skills: archery, sword work, hand-to-hand combat, negation, battle strategy, charming, steeliness, and ability to figure out nearly any situation and place a solution to it. Everything needed in a future king.

Other: He sometimes casts shadows on his father, which irritates his dad considering Asher was not meant to overshadow the king. That creates some heavy tension from time to time and harsh words of discouragement from his father. Asher does notice woman, he sees the beauty on the outside and if he speaks with them can usually tell if the inside is beautiful as well or a dark void after just wealth and power. But, he refrains generally from getting his emotions like love involved. Though, he has loved one truly before. However, she vanished years back and had not been located even over the passed 5 years.

Living: official living is the city of Warren, but she has no true home and works her way between Warren and Meneara often.

Appearance:



Personality: manipulative, clever, her morals are low in general, "whatever it takes" is her moto, tends to keep her emotions tied down, laughs a lot but is extremely serious when needed. She's no lady, though if put in a fancy dress she can fake the part skillfully. Her sense of humor is that of a guy in ways and she hates being targeted as weak because her gender--but she will play the sexist card to her advantage any day.  She has the vibe of being a leader and others follow her word, rarely to question.

History: Sabrina grew up in property. She was daddy's little girl and he taught her everything she knows. He raised her to be stealth, quick, sneaky, able to hand her own with whatever at hand if needed, and manipulative. Taking her out with him, he would show her the ropes to how to thief properly and without being caught. 

The man taught her well and she became known among thieves. Soon enough, she even lead them. She became an instructor as well as their leader. But, a rule of hers was, "if you get caught, 'tis your hid, not mine on the line. 'Tis not my job to save your skin." Her name around the thieves was unknown, only being called "Fox". 

Skills: she can hold her own in a fight, theft, lying, breaking into places, parcore, acting.

Attention! I went through the time to make these rules and I fully expect you to abide them. I write the rules below because when they are not followed, I am highly annoyed. I mean, Highly annoyed. Break them and you will feel my wrath. :)

Hannah worked hard to make the house stuff and the other group things, so Read everything about a house or a city before making a character to go in it. 

Try to make characters in "twos". If you make a female, try and make a male to keep things balanced.

--make your character overpowered. If I believe they are overpowered, your character will either be killed or at least put their place. I hate overpowered characters. There are times that I approve them, like when the character is supposed to be above all of it's kind, but Hannah or I will have to approve this. If we do not approve an OP character, don't use it. 

--spam the main topic threads or the character threads with stupid conversation that does not relate to the rp at all. We will delete any conversation that does not belong in our eyes and ask you to stop. If you don't stop, we may go as far as to delete you from the group. 

--write short responses. We hate workin our butts off with a long, detailed response just to get some crap like "he followed her." That is bad as far as a response goes. Actually write something or don't join. 

--disobey the mods. Whatever the mods and I say go. If we tell you not to do something or suggest you do something else, you should heed our orders since we are over this group. 

--intruder on others' moments if you know they want to have one to theirselves. 

--Butt into someone else's rp-ing without so much as a heads up. 

--kill someone's character without permission. 

--control others' characters.

--cussing (IN MODERATION!) is allowed, but avoid using the F word as much as possible, though it is needed at some points as far as like anger goes. I usually do f*ck when I do that, but that's just me. All others are free game...in moderation.

--sexual scenes are allowed as well, however the person you are rp-ing with must agree and if they start to get uncomfortable with something, stop and just do something like **skips through sex scene** and start from there. Personally, I can rp about sex, but I know a lot of people here can not since either they are to young to fully be comfortable with it or just simply are not comfortable with it. So, be respectful as far as these scenes go on. Ask before hand if the person you are rp-ing with is okay with it.
