Cradling the egg safely in her arms, Sabrina simply smiled to him. "Then it's of no value to you, and I may be dismissed," she said as she started to once again maneuver her way towards the exit. She wasn't sure I'd she'd manage to shake him that easily, but hey, it was worth a try. He seemed to be stumbling over his own thoughts right now anyways.

Its okay :). Ttyl'

Asher dismissed himself from conversation early of anyone else speaking even if to answer a question he had asked. He let out a small sigh as he walked back to his father's chair. His eyes caught on it for a long moment. Asher knew his father should never be allowed to take this chair again.
But, he didn't want his father dead. And he knew still that was the only way his dad would step down--from death. Asher pulled the chair out and called the meeting back to order.
Max took his seat and waited for the first to speak up. "Hopefully the time to be coy is behind us. Do not waste all of our time by making no use of this meeting. Tell me. What. Is. Your. Thoughts," Asher said a little more sternly, wanting this to be over with, everything out there and open.

Sabrina let the lord's wife's son take the egg. She knew that once he saw it, he would have some sort of belief in what she was saying. So, she allowed him to see it. "In any other case, West Frost, of Sorrel, part of the line of Sorrel family," she said as she walked to him, "I would agree with you. You should keep it safe." She then reached forward and placed both hands on it, not snatching it for fear of it falling to the ground. She stared intently into his eyes. "But, I am the carrier of the egg, as decided by destiny itself. I am the one meant to carry this egg and protect it until its dragon master steps forward." Ah, a lie indeed. Or at least she believed it to be. The odd truth was that she was right. She was picked by destiny to carry the egg.

Max found himself at a loss of words for a long moment. He looked to the ground as he thought of how to respond. Finally, he looked up to Kron. "It was nice speaking with you, Kron," he said, completely avoiding the question thrown his way. "Truly. But, I believe we should save such deeper conversation for the meeting rather than one on one. I would hate to simply repeat myself later."

Lol, Aya's character and a chick I made. Forrest (Aya's) is Kron's son and Jocelyn is a cousin of Asher

Hi! Well, she gave us permission to play around with her characters. The only one we would have to Dane around would be Dorian I suppose. The right hand could be dismissed for a bit...
There are a few posts with Jocelyn and Forest in the castle after Sabrina and West. But, Sabrina and him are still there :)
And WELCOME BACK :)

Resisting the urge to bit her lower lip in excitement as she would normally do, Jocelyn hooked her arm through his and began to walk beside him, guiding him through the halls and towards the east gardens. Thats where her mother had said her father would be at today. "Did you not prefer listening to the meeting with your father?" she asked thinking it was a safe question.
((we can continue here or go ahead and go to the castle's ground thing I made earlier and say they are in the gardens. Whichever is fine with me :)))

The first thing that popped into Jocelyn's mind was something along the lines of
Oh, I'm sure you have far more important things to do. But, she knew how if her mom found out she destroyed the chance to 'get to know' a lord's son, she'd never live it down. So, naturally her response was, "I'd be most honored to have you escort me." She paused for a moment just to allow her smile to form wider. "And I do suppose I could only repay you by allowing you to know a little about myself afterwards." Plus, she was certainly not against the idea of getting to know him. He seemed nice--though she'd heard plenty of rumors of how he was just a charming 'lady's man' and was never truly one to commit. Maybe the rumors were wrong.

"I assumed everyone would be here on this day considering the discussion of the Lords and King himself," Jocelyn semi rambled out before noticing. She quickly recovered with a small laugh and a shake of her head. "But, I do suppose I am here for an entirely different reason than those great me. I'm going to deliver a message from my mother to father." She almost wanted to shun herself for her previous slip up, but lightly pat her back for her mild recovery. Mentioning the meeting brought forth from threat of war wasnt something that was considered a "lady's" responsibility or grounds by what she had been taught.

Jocelyn had went fully into the lady like woman her mother and father had molded at this point. She let a small giggle escape her lips in response to his dazzling smile and his offer to use his informal name. "If you insist, Forrest," she said, still smiling. "And to answer your question, no, we have not directly met before. I am vaguely related to the king. Jocelyn Frost," she introduced.

Jocelyn had been so absorbed in the painting that she hadn't heard the approach of anyone, so she was slightly startled when someone appeared beside the painting and caught her attention. She stepped back a few unsteady steps and brought her hand to her chest as she took in a few breaths quickly. "My, I do apologize, Mr. Milton," she rushed out after she had gotten over her mild fright. She had seen his face once or twice when his father brought him to Meanera and her mother burned his image along with other eligible--and ineligible for that matter--men of noble blood. She curtseyed perfectly. "I should have been more aware of your presence," she scowled herself as her cheeks started to red slightly.

I did post it like seven hours ago lol. And it's fine ^_^. It's 12:18 here. I think Imma see the hobbit soon. Maybe tomorrow. And it's okay lol. My phone dies alll the time to :/

Jocelyn had been sent into the castle by her mother to speak with her father about a small matter that had yet been solved in their home. Her father had been very busy recently with the threat of war, so he had been near the king in protection almost nonstop.
So, Jocelyn was to deliver a message from her mother. Her face was known in the castle and she was fully welcomed, but she still felt out of place somehow. Her dress wasn't the finest silks or most elegant that she'd see on others, but the light emerald fabric was comfy and still looked pretty enough to make her appear as of royalty.
Her eyes roamed the beautiful artwork that she'd gazed in awe at each time she stepped foot into the palace, her mind completely oblivious to any others as she came to a slow to look more intently at a painting.

I'll come up with someone to come across him in a little. Done with Dominos now about to eat roast ^_^. What time is it wherever you are?

Do you mind if I make a "Within the Walls of the Castle" and you repost yours there so that he can be on his horse outside? I know that's what was meant, lol. But, just more organized that way I guess?

Mkay :). Just comment somewhere in Menera and Ill bring someone to you :). I might make another character or I may bring Braylin or Zahara to you :)

Lol, as am I. Well, let's start with this, would you prefer to RP where your character's home is or in the castle? :).
