First, I've had a few authors approach me about doing a Q&A session with them about their books. Now if we do that, I think making their books our group reads for the month would be good. Then having the Q&A either for the total month or, to make it easier on the authors, for a week at the end of the month. Or something like that. My questions to you are:
Do you think this is a good idea?...it would be taking away from our normal group reads. Or is there a better way to do it?
Do you think we should do one author a month or a month with all the authors?
What type of Q&A time-frame do you think is appropriate?
Secondly, I missed posting up the seasonal challenge for fall. Instead I was thinking about posting up a "Holiday challenge" for Halloween that would run from now until Halloween, then one for Thanksgiving, and then one for Christmas. Or we could do one challenge called "Tis the season - a holiday challenge" that has challenge items related to Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and then other holidays such as Hanukkah or even some fun ones like Boxing Day. Well, what do you think?

And I really love historical romance and I think I've been away from it to long. So maybe start a historical romance series.
I figure if I do all that then I can switch between them so I can really read what I'm in the mood for. And then if still nothing is appealing I'd say I really do have a problem.

“He had even read Pride and Prejudice--although he had thought that many of the heroine's problems would have been solved if someone had simply strangled her mother.” "
This quote sounds so familiar! I can't place it though.

He always reminds me of Dean from Supernatural. But once the book is bigger I can clearly see it's not.

I can't read anymore.. I start to read and get bored right away.. tried different books.. didnt read in a week and still no way ):
Reading just feels..."
I just had that happen to me! I took about a month or two off and that seemed to help. I've just read a book last week and then this week and I actually enjoyed them. I still don't have that same drive though. I'm hoping more time will help. And I think I'm going to try books from different genres and see if that helps.

I LOVE SUPERNATURAL!! One of the few TV shows I watch.

Taryn- are you talking about questions to ask members and the winner gets whatever you are giving away?
Another thing we could do is a raffle. Raffles
are always fun (even though I've never won one in my life).
