Go moderate that shit already! You got a message waiting! :D

It's a good thing you said that, because I made one last night. LOL

O.o *Snort!* LOL!

I just read the parameters of your challenge to my (soon to be 14-year old) daughter. She is thoroughly scandalized by Part 4, and wants me to stress to you that you can not ship couples from different universes!
I was tempted to tell her that with enough wine you can. But I'm not sure that would have been appropriate. :D

No, of course not.
And hey, if you find a Bahamian Author or setting before I do, please hook a sista up!

The Alphabet List ... Also copied directly from Nyssa's thread, because I really am that lazy. "

ROFLOL!!

No worries, copy away ... umm, since you already have anyway! :D

Having a weird night so I'm stalking GR. I could use this time to read, but... Posting random shit is more fun."

*Snort*

And I'm apparently following your lead right now, which means I'm falling behind on my book...whoops. Back to reading for me. :)

I stole Mrs. J's original list then added and/or changed a few of the categories either last year or the year before. I then added additional categories this year taking it to 60. But as I said in my thread, I have absolutely no expectation of completing the list this year. I may make it an ongoing thing, starting with whatever I miss this year and then adding, changing, or resetting everything else. But that's an end of the year decision and we're just getting started, :)

This!

Can't snub our noses at a gift. Hopefully, you'll get some reading pleasure from it if nothing else.

I look forward to your post.

42178 Aww! I'd join you guys if I wasn't already committed to and excited about my Rivers of London buddy read, starting on the first.

So much all of this! LOL.

42178 Even my 13-year-olds get frustrated over the "I'm mad but I'm not going to tell you why I'm mad" ridiculousness in books and movies. My daughter, in particular, keeps saying "You know, if they'd just talk to each other...", and then I remind her that there probably wouldn't be a lot of story left if they actually used common sense. LOL

I like HEA's too ... in every genre, lol. I have to be in the right frame of mind to specifically read romance, though. I like UF because there's usually something else going on, but with a side of romance. If they do it right then the romance just blends in nicely instead of overwhelming the whole thing.
Dec 29, 2016 10:26AM

42178 I can see that. Romance isn't my go to either but I do enjoy it if/when things are going well. Love/Hate or "will she, won't she" type drama drives me nuts. Don't even get me started with love triangles.

I haven't gotten that far into Kate Daniels, but I do like what I've read so far.

I put both Rachel Morgan and Sookie Stackhouse on hold when I learned that the series were coming to an end because I wanted to buy all of the books and then read them straight through. (Which reminds me, I actually have to check both series to see if I have everything).

In other words, I have way too many series on my plates, but still seem to find the want of more. lol

You'd definitly get more than you bargan for seeing as "she" is actually a "they"; him and her to be exact. They are a married writing team. lol

And yes, so far the books I've read of theirs are awesome, Although I was not as impressed with The Edge series as I was with Innkeeper and Kate Daniels.
