I'm trying to read whatever I can. My reading has been abysmally below target this challenge. Signed up for 4 a round and only managed 2.

I've finished Words of Radiance. I really enjoyed it, but it definitely hasn't been a quick read for me. Will see whether things speed up a bit from here for me.

Our 6th spell out has gaps for 2 Is and another G that aren't yet finished.

Once those are done spell out 7 is relatively empty.

After Mel's tetris, I've done some more juggling in preparation for tomorrow.

In our 5th (!) spell through, we still need a G and I can't find one to juggle in at the moment. There are a couple on the sheet as unfinished so fingers crossed one of those will come through.

I'd also like opinions - does this book have enough teal on the cover for the gardening mini?

Quick admin about the end of Round 3 which is tomorrow at 21.00 UTC!


Please can you post all completions for the round by 19.00 (i.e. 2 hours early) so that we have plenty of time to transfer everything over and doublecheck the tasks all fit properly.


Then after 21.00 we can get going with our INCOME TAX RETURNS and trying to relax with the final mini.


As Mel has said, everyone has been absolutely smashing it! Let's keep it up for the final round.

I'm half way through it and loving it so far. Will probably be finished next round rather than this as it is v chunky.

Definitely get that feeling. I'm trying to read on my phone while doing jobs round the house. It's definitely not efficient, but I can't wait 2 weeks until I have hours sat on a train.

What?! Didn't see that coming at all! So good!

The quotes at the top of the chapters are fascinating - both the journal entry and the Parshendi song I've seen so far.

Nearly at the end of part 2 and feeling like I don't want to stop after a v slow start.

Kaladin on a horse was excellent!

Also enjoyed seeing Shalan and Kaladin interacting - not sure how she's going to dig herself out of that one!
