35559 For the Mods, "the beach or real warm weather" is considered Jamaica, or the Bahamas, or Florida, or anywhere where you would be able to comfortably go to the beach on Christmas and like wear a bathing suit or sandals. This turned into a big discussion on the captains' "Questions for the Mods" thread hahaha

35559 We can use it for the holiday meal goal!!! The ruining/saving Christmas goal has to be the actual day Christmas day/holiday.

35559 You don't need to now because I've already added them to the Goalless Books tab on the spreadsheet. The Books Read thread is necessary (especially for me) when I haven't updated the spreadsheet in a day or two and I need to see all books read in one place along with page numbers/goals they fulfill etc so that I don't have to go hunting through everyone's shelves to make sure I didn't miss anything. From here on out, please post your completed reads on that thread, but keep discussion to THIS thread :)

35559 It's truly as easy as that :) You are not required to read any specific books toward any specific goals. Our team always has 5 open goals which I have posted on page 1 of this thread. Any information about ongoing challenges (Our Team Goals, the Holiday Challenge, the BOMs, and our general Status Update) will be on page 1 in my first 4 messages.

***First thing is first, please set up a bookshelf specifically for the Tower Teams Game and add in all of the books that you have started and completed from November 7 until now. From what your "Read" shelf looks like, you would add every book from Respect onward.

Small world! My brother and his family live in Camden, I'm there all the time. I'm moving back because my best friends are there, my family is all over California (we are all very close), and my boyfriend is there. New York is crazy expensive and I want to go back to graduate school, meaning I need to save money!

I feel like that's the only way haha Otherwise, knowing me, I'd look at any random cup and claim IT'S HOT CHOCOLATE IT COUNTS even though it's like moonshine or something...

35559 HOLIDAY CHALLENGE UPDATE

DECEMBER 20

Read a book with hot chocolate on the cover (10 pts)

***These are getting so specific and hard!!! I almost find the "find the phrase within the text" goals easier haha
