With the mysteries (like this one and The Girl on the Train) I tend to binge read because obviously they're so good I can't stop. What I do is stop at the break points to jot down quick notes about what happened in that bulk of chapters, that way I don't spoil anything.

Amazing Philippa! That series has been on my TBR since pretty much birth. I loved The Hobbit so much...I need to just read them already!
