Hey Corey!!! I vote Graveyard Book for no other reason than I like the title. I'm not ashamed of this.

I have a very intense fascination with gods/goddesses/mythology/world religions and everything along those lines. I will definitely check out those series!!! I have to admit, one of the things I like about American Gods so far is the adult content and language...it's ugly and graphic and every once in a while I get a little frustrated with the focus on deeply emotional romantic relationships that often (not always) happens in YA books. You aren't the first person that's told me to read Percy Jackson though :)

Right?! I'm super enjoying it!!! Maybe because I know how much research Gaiman did on gods/goddesses/mythology etc. It makes me want to research every character and his/her inspiration!

I just looked at it last night and it sounds pretty interesting

SNEAKY SNEAKY!!! I see Tima is reading The Paper Magician! and considering a ball gown is defined as a "full bodied floor length dress often worn with gloves," I would say that counts! I have managed to avoid Seeing Red once again!!!

I really wanted to listen to Chelsea Chelsea Bang Bang next though...we'll see...I GOTTA KEEP YOU ON YOUR TOES!

I have Seeing Red... I feel like no matter how hard I try to avoid continuing the series, we keep getting goals that Seeing Red will fulfill hahaha

YAAAAAY! It's a rainy day here in NYC...I'm sitting with my coffee and a giant cat, listening to our "door on the cover" goal and working on a customer's pillow. I should be packing but this is too delightful :)

I found one that I am actually really excited about! It's called The Keepers of the House and it won the Pulitzer in '65. It's also 9 hrs so I'll definitely finish it by Thursday.
