That confused me too!

Oh-- I can cover the bee, too. I just realized I started the second Bridgerton book and the MC is terrified of bees. It ends up being life altering for him.

I can cover the elf book. I could also cover hedgehog if that one ends up not working out. It looks like it's pending for someone else, but I have a couple here that will work if we need them.

Started this on my lunch break today. I'm not sure if it really works for anything. The series of short stories, 1001 Dark Nights, is written by different authors and based on the legend of Scheherazade, the Persian queen. I was thinking maybe the Ankh(?), but I don't really know enough about the symbol to know if it applies to Persian queens. Soo...it could just be an extra book.

Both of my current reads will work for someone goes on holiday.

I think The Truth About Melody Browne could also be used as 119. someone makes a new friend if you aren't using it for anything else. Melody meets Matty when she moves into communal housing and then meets Ben on a bus years later.

I just added this to the planning spreadsheet. It won't work for much, but I needed to read it for another challenge. It's got a horse on the cover, a hat on the cover, first book in series, MC makes new friends. Maybe one of these will work.

I'm alive. Just exhausted. Why do all the things happen in May?! Moved my oldest home from college yesterday. Great to have him home for a bit. I finished In A Holidaze. I liked it. I haven't updated or reviewed, but I did the reading part!

The main character, Jayne Frost, is a winter elf.

Is anyone reading for the creature of legend or the elves task? I have one book that would work for either.

I think this one is from Chapter 9. The word appears several times in the book (it's about a group of yeti-like creatures).
