Can we use The Other Mothers? I have no idea what's going on with that one. 😂 It was on the SS and then it wasn't. It works for two of the animals.

It looks like we got all the animals covered, but my message 1206 has two animal quotes from The Other Mothers if we get that task again.

I couldn't find this book on the tracking spreadsheet anymore...is that a problem? I'm guessing it's somewhere.

I'm reading The 19th Christmas right now, but only about 70 pages in. I can claim it, but if someone else will get to a book today, I definitely won't have much time to read until tomorrow afternoon. You won't hurt my feelings if you move me off the task. I wasn't reading it specifically for TT.

I'm on my phone and away from the computer, so I'll put it here.

From location 229 on Kindle:
"Last time there was a kingfisher here, a heron on the far bank."

From location 1752 on Kindle:
"...pulling a bobbled zebra-print blanket over his legs."

Just in case someone else has one that covers other animals...Latte Trouble had "zebra" in the text.

I finished Yellowface. Yet another book that would have worked for all those China tasks. 😂

No likeable characters, but I really liked the book.

I love that you all update for me when I'm at work. :) I added it to my TT shelf. I didn't see it on the ss, but as long as you know where it is and that it's done, that's all that matters. Thank you!

I am reading it. It took me a while to get into it, but I'm enjoying it more now. I did eyeroll a tiny bit at the last name Sorrengail. Really? The girl that wants to be a dragon rider is named Soarin-gale? 😂
