BOM participation points should be fine as well. You did start before the end date.
Your book reading plan sounds good!

Hi Annie,
If you could, refer to my post in message message 611.
Basically now, any books you read are counted for book pages. You can still join in the book of the month discussions for July and buddy reads.

I was actually repulsed at (view spoiler). It's just messed up. I had to put the book down after I read that bit last night.

Ohhhh my goooooddddd. I just finished. I see what you meant Tahmina! I honestly did not expect any of that.Curie!! Grayson!! And the Thunderhead's actions at the end. Scary.
I actually don't even know what to think or what to type here. I want the next book but we have to wait until next year I think.

I'm midway through Chapter 24 in part three and I still really enjoying this.Thunderhead is freaking me out though. It's like an ever patient parent but I feel like there's something sinister in its operations. I don't fully trust it. It's musings are interesting but still unnerving.
(view spoiler)
That unsettles me.
And this...
(view spoiler)
There are other bits in its musings that worry me but I think it's been a mostly okay A.I. so far.
Shelby - I agree with you about what you thing about Tyger in message 69. I'm wondering what scythe Rand has in store for him and Rowan. In Texas too!
The Unsavories are an interesting addition to the story. I like hearing how the Thunderhead handles them and what the Unsavories think of the Scythes and the Thunderhead. And wouldn't you think that they would all go to Texas as the Thunderhead isn't there?
I'm supposed to be doing homework for class tomorrow, but I want to keep reading this.

Would anyone be interested in
after July 25th? I'll be listening to the audiobookOr
? (also audiobook for me)

Tonks and Remus' relationship was built slowly and without many hints. But, the focus is more on Harry mostly, not the order. I feel like we don't see much of the order together in this book compared to the 5th and 6th

I finished this last night and then crashed. Well, it's over for me until I start re-watching the movies!!
I always enjoyed the end of this book more than the start. It's a conclusion to all the mysteries brought up in the book. I always hold the moments with (view spoiler) close to my heart.
I always felt like the last chapter could have been done better.(view spoiler) It's not adequate enough ending. I would have forgiven it completely if the Cursed Child was better than it was.
And (view spoiler).
Curious to hear what you all think about the battle scene at Hogwarts!
Talia wrote: "Tina, can we switch one of my books? I used The Great Bazaar & Brayan's Gold for a C in Cruciatus for a C character name, but can we move that to replace The Core ..."
Yup! All done. The Great Bazaar & Brayan's Gold is now in D.A.D.A. and Dare to Touch is in Cruciatus.
Buddy reads are good! I'm majorly behind on all mine.
If you struggle with the two Arithmancy books, we can use the Harry Potter books that I've read, for them.
I think this challenge has been extended, so you have time to finish them {=
Don’t put pressure on yourself Heather! Reading is supposed to be relaxing and fun! Whatever you can do.We’ve all been there before.
Amanda - it’s alright. Karisma wasn’t able to add her books eitherNicole- you have to finish! I finished the last book last night. The second half is when things start to make sense. You can do it!
Is it your first time reading it?

I'm up to chapter 27 now.I would love to read the Life and Lies of Dumbledore!
Dudley, Hedwig, Mad-Eye, Dobby, Ted Tonks... always hard to read without tears.
Devann - I remember the book being leaked online but thinking, 'no way... can't be true!'
But the satisfying feeling of having the hardcover in my hands was way better than the online leak.
I've enjoyed it so far... as much as that's possible. I still make connections between what happens in the movies and in the books.
Stephen Fry does a good job in the audiobook.
I always like how she somehow added the Deathly Hallows into the plot and the trio's slow discovery of them.
They are all about to go (view spoiler). 6hrs left in the audiobook.

I'm not sure that I can read this soon! I'll let you know if I can join in. I have quite a few books to catch up on for buddy reads and I'm back at university. D:
