20. So Molly and Reid finally got together (not like we didn't see it coming) but I was surprised how it escalated so quickly. Talking about sex already, after Molly's first kiss ever? And not wanting to take things slow? What did you make of this?
I wasn't surprised. I thought Molly had decided on losing her virginity now, which is why she wanted it to go faster. I like that Reid wanted to take it slow at the start and wasn't pushing her.
21. Frankly my parents never gave me the dreaded sex or birth control talk so reading or hearing about them always makes me laugh. As much as I enjoyed that scene, do you think Patty jumped the gun with this considering how new the relationship between Reid and Molly was and that Molly had never had a boyfriend before?
Nor did my parents. I found it kind of unrealistic that she acted upon it so quickly but maybe it is a good thing?
22. We've seen how the relationship between Cassie and Molly has changed and how they have started to grow apart. Molly realizes how inevitable it is and believes that change is "the most basic of all tragedies." Do you agree with this?
I can see where she is coming from. I've heard the saying that no one likes change.
23. I loved Molly's transformation from the beginning of the story. She gained more confidence, found her own voice and became more comfortable in her own skin. Overall how do you feel the author did in dealing with these issues?
I think she gave it her best shot. I can't really say as this book just didn't grip me much. She definitely grew into her skin but I don't think by a lot.
24. Going into this (& not really remembering the synopsis), I think I had different expectations for this story because of the title. What do you think of the choice of title and how it related to the story?
Ugh. I think it's an okay title. I like that it has two words starting with a U... Has been helpful for challenges (wheel, UNO)
25. How did you like the book? Thoughts, feelings? Any characters you most related to
Honestly, I wish I didn't have to read it. I did not like it much. I found the end to be better than the start which is something

Chapters 19-25
15. The group decided to have a sleepover, with Will bringing alcohol and later we find out he was puking in the middle of the night, without any of the others noticing. There were quite a few things that bugged me in this particular chapter, but what are your thoughts on the sleepover and the conversations they had?
Okay well good on Will for making it to the bathroom.
16. Molly likes Will. Molly likes Reid. Does Will like Molly? Does Reid like Molly? Oh wait, apparently Reid likes Olivia. And Olivia likes Reid. But then they don't, and Will actually likes Mina. WHAT. A. MESS. And we're not even at the end of the book yet.
Why do you think the author did this? Did they want to confuse us? Or were they trying to make the book a bit longer and hopefully more interesting?
To purposely annoy us. That's why. It's actually ridiculous. I have been trying to think how much more I'd like it if I read this and I was that age. Liking people is such a huge thing in high school and who you 'like' tends to change quickly. I can understand that some teens can relate to this but I couldn't and I don't now.
I think she's trying to depict how confusing it is for teens and their romance. Hormones everywhere and you're trying to make sense of them all.
17. Abby seems to know Molly better than anyone else does (even better than Cassie, it seems), so why has it taken so long for us to finally witness a proper conversation between them??
Agh I don't know. Probably to get to know her family first?
18. We haven't learned much about Max yet. He just seems like a random side character even though he's always with the group. He's part of the group. Do you want to find out more about him and do you think we will?
Yup. Random character. No I don't and I don't think we will because no one 'likes' him nor does he 'like' anyone
19. We have read about Molly being in a daze a few times now which could have to do with her anxiety or maybe even some other mental health disorder(s). Can you relate to that in any way, and do you think her issues lie deeper than previously thought?
I don't think she has bigger issues. She just has typical teenage issues to deal with.
