It wasn't easy but I feel better now. I was shaking with nerves when I told him but he was okay about it, which is good. I gave them about 3-4 weeks before I finish up there so I think I'm being very generous to them

Agh I know! I feel like this is one of the harder team challenges to find books for in NBRC just because of SZ2! Grr
But other than that I am enjoying it. I definitely agree that it's for the die hards

I think for round 4, SZ 2, we're going to have brown covers as our choices. In the team status SS, you can see that round 4 is highlighted brown. So I'm going to look out for brown cover and brown writing on pages whilst finding my last book for round 3

I'm really starting to dislike brown covers lol

So I ended up quitting my job this week so that's why my books are going to be finished so late. I had enough of working there and apparently you could see it. I thought I was hiding that fact well

Doesn't help that I couldn't get into Tea & Comfort. I felt that they way she wrote the character's voices just didn't match their age. I'm nearly done with my last two my books though. They are written better

I managed to find >50% yellow cover and dead in author's name. Have not been successful with yellow item and poison in author's name

I was having a look at my books last night for Read a book with a yellow cover (>50%) where the author contains the letters D-E-A-D (doesn't need to be in that order) and Read a book with a yellow item (something that can be touched) on the cover and that contains the letters P-O-I-S-O-N in the author's name (doesn't need to be in that order)... I am struggling. I couldn't find any that worked! I'll look in one more app that will hopefully be a win. So, yes to you doing both Lisa! and thank you! They're getting so hard to find

Yup, so SZ1 we spell poison. 6x30=180 + 60 = 240

And with round 3, I worked out that these two combos get us the same points. SZ1 and 3 gets us 420...

* Option 1
SZ 1 and 2 gets us 440 points

* Option 2
SZ2 and 3 gets us 440 points as well if for SZ3 we do a combination of:
1. 'in' and 'on' to get 6 books (240 points)
2. word/born/with + in/on (240 points)

I don't have a preference for which one we do

So, I've been trying to re-order our ladder and want to ask if we can use any book in any order? Or is it countdown books and then the safe zones?
The chipmunks say this in the regeneration rules:
☣Books used in the ladder do NOT need to be different books to what you are using in your countdown or safezone tasks. ☣Note that the timing constraints will still apply (you can't use a book in the Safe Zones before the Countdown has finished etc).
☣You do not have to read ladder books in order.

It's simple language, but I can't make sense of it haha
