I looked at the list last week and I can’t get access to any more of those books.
I’ve found books that I can access, that have green covers for ya. When I go into the page for that book, I can only see my friends who’ve read it, not people from tower teams which would be so useful!
I’ll have another look after work and maybe put some up onto our spreadsheet somewhere

I’m glad you’ve both found methods on how to deal with it and hopefully it gets better
I wouldn’t have thought to ask a neurologist about it though. It makes sense

I know someone who suffers from them and she gets massages, uses a heat pack and does what she can before taking medication for it
So I know it’s a big pain to live with

Also, I think my top 2 are gluttony and sloth. But lust is third ;)
