We can go West or East, but East looks better, so Even Number of Pages

Just to avoid any confusion: Once we've submitted a book for a monster, that is locked in place and we get a new monster. So if your book works for current tasks, put that down in the Mini code column. If your book doesn't fit any current tasks, please fill in the additional information in the new columns. Thank you!

New Maze Task!

Task: Read a book that is in the "Best Ever Contemporary Romance Books" Listopia List (https://www.goodreads.com/list/show/5...)

We can go either South or West, so:
South: Title starts with N-Z OR
West: Odd Number of pages

I’ve got about 3 hours left in mine. So whoever finishes first can grab a new task!

Crap. I screwed that up! We need an author last initial A. And my book with author LN L has author FN A. So that’s frustrating! Back to the drawing board!

I've got one that works on my Kindle. Should be done by early afternoon!


When putting your books for the monster mini, if your book fits for more than one task, please enter it multiple times on the books tab. You can see that Michelle & I have both entered a book that way. Just enter it 1 time for each task that it fits. Only enter the page count on the first task, please.

Here's the example:

Task: Read a book that starts with the letter L
Direction: South (Title starts with N-Z)
How do I proceed? Do I read a book that starts with the letter L and another one with a title that starts with any letter between n and Z? If so, where do I post the two books as there is space for posting only one book.
A glitch in the matrix, sorry about this!
Instead of the title being L for the task, for now can you read a book where the author’s last name starts with L.
The same goes for anyone else who has this issue. If you get a task for a page number that ends so it is impossible to go East or West, then read a book that is that number in a series or has the number in the title.


So, We need an Author LN L, and title N-Z.

And we need to go South, so Title starts with N-Z.

Let me quick check the rules, because I know this situation is addressed there.

Now we just need an Asia Minor book for the first monster!

For the Sorceress task, a witch will also be accepted. And for gender inclusivity, a sorcerer will be accepted.

For this task:

Read a book that features a lion, goat, or snake

We just need a mention of one of them. So if the characters go to the zoo and mention seeing the lions, that's fine. But if you have a lion shifter, that also works.
