◈ Books must be started after the start date of the challenge to count towards the challenge
◈ Books must be />100 pages.
◈ Books with MPGs Childrens / Kids / Poetry / Play / Graphic Novel / Illustrated / Photography / Art / Cookbook (or which have "Illustrated" in the title or an "Illustrator" contributor in the metadata) must have at least 30,000 words (must be a verified count. sites that provide estimated word counts are not valid sources for verifying word count). ArBookFind is a great site to double check (there are also .co.uk and .com.au versions). If in doubt, ask your captain. A good rule of thumb is that if the audio is over 3 hours, the book will be long enough.
◈ Any book in any language will count, as long as it meets the criteria.
◈ "Re-reads" will be allowed, if it has been six months since you have read the book.
◈ Spell-it-Out Rules: Use the first letter in the book’s title, series name, author’s first/last name, character’s first/last name, narrator’s first/last name (if listening to an audiobook), or translator’s first/last name (if reading a translation). You may ignore (or not) “A,” “An,” or “The” at the start of titles.

I just finished a little book you may like.(?) .

It pop-history style, buy really entertaining.

For me, the Murderbot Diaries were a great gateway to Sci Fi that is not my usual genre, but I am reading more books in that genre than before, thanks to this awesome series. 🥰

I got my Kobo today, a slightly delayed mother's day present. (In HU it's the first Sunday in May.)

Very excited with my new toy and downloading all the books I have purchased so far. 😊

Round 1 finished and found some great authors with books I loved. 5 out of 20 is a great ratio and the rest were not bad either.

5 stars, an utterly compelling and sad read

Had some trouble with the Belfast accent of the narrator first, but by switching bw formats, I eventually came to grips with it.

I added it to my Audible TBR in 2021.

According to GR The Halloween Tree is set in Illinois. I have it in Audible Plus, so I can take that task.

I know you read that one. Is this correct?

Purchasing the kindle edition for Say Nothing really helped. I kept switching between it and the audio and eventually grew accustomed to the accent. 😊

Dunno how arbitrary this list is, but according to it Hungary has a proud place among producers of the smelliest cheeses of the world. 😅

My husband loves that cheese, I prefer Limburger. 😉

You are like my son, then. 😁 He eats melted cheese on pasta or on baked goods, but nothing else.

I cannot drink gin in itself, but happy to do so with ice, tonic and lime. 😊

As we are less strict on rules here. If it were TT, I'd say no. :))
