35559 Hack Attack How the truth caught up with Rupert Murdoch by Nick Davies

Can the handle of an old phone be considered a blunt weapon? 😆

Sending you calming energy. 🥰

35559 #25 The Secret Life of the Savoy and the D'Oyly Carte Family by Olivia Williams , 4 stars

Added this to my TBR in 2021.
It was a very interesting and enjoyable story about the history of The Savoy and the family that was originally behind it.

Preeti,

I bow to your wisdom (or maybe swoon at it). This is a perfect stance. 🤭

35559 #24 We Are Legion We Are Bob (Bobiverse, #1) by Dennis E. Taylor

One of the few books where I can clearly see that I added it here on GR in 2019.

3,5 stars

Mixed feelings: there were parts that were absolute 5-stars for me, but from the second third the plot was getting bogged down and stretched too thin and it got too much (or too little) for me.
At this point I'm not sure if I want to continue to Book 2. Maybe later.

Great narration by Ray Parker.

So, this is not the right time to say that I'm sitting this one out too?"

Most emphatically NOT.😿😿

But again, I understand!!!

No offense from my side. 😊

As with partners, so with books/authors: One reader's Love Boat is another's Titanic. (a quote borrowed from Carrie Bradshaw and slightly twisted for the occasion. 🤭)

35559 Currently my We Are Legion We Are Bob (Bobiverse, #1) by Dennis E. Taylor is assigned to lawful evil/hearth in text, but I can switch it to MC has sister and gold letters if you think it would be a better fit.

35559 Great, because Domi's listening to it. I managed to find the HU audio version on audible and also discovered the sharing with kid option on the app. 😅

35559 Could this get away with being "interior scene" or is it too vague?

Matilda by Roald Dahl

35559 Grabbed the task author initials in worship.

Also just caught "hearth" in Bob 1, so claiming that one as well.

Me neither. I actually think I was looking rather silly, but thankfully noone was around to notice. 😁

Clutches non-existent pearls in a dramatic fashion. 🤭
