that's a great link.
We will ask Sophie to add it to her Message 9, where country website links are collected.
Concerning the novels set in a country, actually I just realised that we MUST have 3 mid-level countries in one itinerary, so your Sri Lanka book would be a great-to-have. 😊
Here is our tracking sheet link where you can add your books on the books tab. (everything else should autofill if you add your book code task).

great to have you on our team. And you have a cute reading companion. 😊
I also loved that particular Paul Newman memoir, so now I bought a biography about him, which is patiently sitting on my TBR shelf. 😊

There are still quite a few Dickens novels I haven't read yet (I may or may not read at least 1 during TT ;), so you are welcome to our Not-So-Deserted-Island Book Club. 😊
And Our Not-So-Deserted-Island Book Club aka Team Three Pagodas is complete. 🏯🏯🏯

Stilte is mijn moedertaal. It is set in Sudan. I’ll add it to the books."
Awesome, thank you.

Countries can only be duplicated once and Fiona has set up a 🪄🔮magic and very useful colour-highlight system with which we can all check if a country may be used (again) or not. 😊
On the Mini 1-Novels tab, in column H, a country is highlighted with yellow if it has been claimed once and red if it has been claimed a 2nd time and cannot be used any more.
Mini 2
For this Mini books may be banked. Meaning that if you already read a book that has not been used for any other tasks and a new task gets revealed where it's a good fit, then we can use it.

Yes. :)
20 points for each member who reads the BOM and answers 3 sets of questions.

Very fitting gif!!
But also, no hurry.
Some of us are planners, others are mood readers.
I may be a combination of both, which makes for a hectic reading sometime, but I've learned to manage myself fairly well by now. 🤭

However, questions must be answered during BOM time, otherwise we don't get the points. 😊

Sorry to be a pain this early on…"
No worries, Lauri, we will add your books.

My Friends by Fredrik Backman
#1 New York Times bestselling author Fredrik Backman returns with an unforgettably funny, deeply moving tale of four teenagers whose friendship creates a bond so powerful that it changes a stranger’s life twenty-five years later.
Most people don’t even notice them—three tiny figures sitting at the end of a long pier in the corner of one of the most famous paintings in the world. Most people think it’s just a depiction of the sea. But Louisa, an artist herself, knows otherwise and she is determined to find out the story of these three enigmatic figures.
Twenty-five years earlier, in a distant town, a group of teenagers find refuge from their difficult home lives by spending their days laughing and telling stories out on a pier. There’s Joar, who never backs down from a fight; quiet and bookish Ted who is mourning his father; Ali, the daughter of a man who never stays in one place for long; and finally, there’s the artist, a boy who hoards sleeping pills and shuns attention, but who possesses an extraordinary gift that might be his ticket to a better life. These four lost souls find in each other a reason to get up each morning, a reason to dream.
Out of that summer emerges a transcendent work of art, a painting that will unexpectedly be put into eighteen-year-old Louisa’s care. As she struggles to decide what to do with this bequest, she embarks on a surprise-filled cross-country journey to learn the story of how the painting came to be. The closer she gets to the painting’s birthplace, the more she feels compelled to unleash her own artistic spirit, but happy endings don’t always take the form we expect in this fresh testament to the transformative power of friendship and art.

And I just wanted to ask how did you fare in the water fight? 😆
