The rules say for the setting: 50% or more, so if you are sure it reaches 50%, it can be used. 😊

This way USA is finished and we can ask for a new spin.
Thanks, KayLynn, the banked books are contemporary, but we may end up using them for a snug little Mini2 task somewhere along the line. When we get new tasks I will just ask from time to time.
