Do the backroom BOM's work the same way where if the book you nominate wins then your team is guaranteed discussion questions? If it does, I also nominated one of the books on the poll.
I just finished my first 5 star book of the challenge so I wanted to recommend it if you like mystery/thrillers. It's One Perfect Couple, Ruth Ware's newest release (comes out this Tuesday the 21st) and it was amazing. I would highly recommend it.

They also have a bookstore attached to the warehouse where you can get books for super cheap although since I've been remote for 4 years I haven't been able to take advantage of that in a while.
Hello everyone! I'm Melanie and I live in New Jersey with my husband and our two cats. I work in the finance department at a publisher. I primarily read romance and thrillers with the occasional other genre thrown in. I'm looking forward to playing this one. Here's my shelf.

I added this one as well. I enjoyed some of her other books so I'm looking forward to reading this one.

I just create separate TBRs for stuff I own vs stuff I don't. The TBR for the books I don't own is pretty reasonable at 430 books (Want to Read shelf). But then there's the TBR for physical books I own which is sitting at 2037 (own-to-read) and the TBR for eBooks I own sitting at 821 (ebook-to-read).
I'm making myself feel better by splitting it into 3 TBRs so it doesn't look as bad.

I feel like that's always how it happens. Like I read 40 books in January but my TBR only went down by 1 book.
The dreaded line, didn't make it this month. I need to read a bunch of these in February to get above the line.
My first Wheel was the Nightmare Before Christmas one so I'm partial to that one. Plus it was one of my favorite movies growing up which made it a perfect theme for my first Wheel.
At times I'm sad I missed Quidditch, Cutthroat, and WOBBLE since they seemed fun if intense. But then I see the comments people make about them years later and think maybe it's better I missed them.
