I agree, some books are badly narrated while others are quite good. I listened to the Jane Austen novels this way. I liked the narration by Elizabeth Klett.
✿~Danielle~✿ wrote: "I’m in the stage of before challenge starts and I don’t know what to read because it could be a good book for Wheels."I'm in the same situation. I have a couple of books I need to finish, but I'm not exacltly in the mood for them... So I end up reading dumb fanfiction as those cannot count to the challenge anyway.
✿~Danielle~✿ wrote: "Yeah, horror is the one genre I won’t read, so I won’t be reading the BOM."I'm not a big fan of horror either. Be it in book or movie form.
Not that I'm easily scared, I just don't get much enjoyment from it.
Hey CatI can use the tracking sheet without issues.
Here is my shelf for the challenge: Challenge-Wheels6
I'll have a look at my shelved for book for Black Coral.
I know already I'll be rereading On the Edge, buddy reading it with Sonia :)
Hi Danielle! Hi Marie !I love Bruges as well <3 Ghent I haven't been to in a while. I think the last time was with a schooltrip in high school... oops !
Hi all! I'm Claire from little Belgium.
I'm so happy to play another round of the Wheel-a-thon. I think my first group challenge was a wheel here.
I read quite diversely, but I read mostly fantasy, UF, and MM romance. I can normally read a lot in a month, but I just started a new job and have to get used to this new rythm, so I might not read as much in the beginning of the challenge. I'll do my best in any case.
One of the first books I'm planning to read is The Empire of Gold, so that should bring us quite a few points. Like some of you, I'm hoping this challenge will shake me up and make me read the big fantasy books that are just gathering dust on my shelves.
It was a great challenge ! I'm happy I did it with you all. Sorry I wasn't that present the last weeks, as my reading slump kicked in and life became really stressful for a minute there.
I hope to do better next time we're in a challenge together.

I really liked her contemporary series she wrote under her other penname Susan Hawke, Lovestrong. It was a nice one.
I'm slowly getting back to reading, but mostly through audiobooks. But I wish I could get back to actual physical reading with my eyes, but my brain won't let me do it... sigh

I guess we did. Comes with knowing each other for such a long time now ;)
I'm really sorry to hear that Steven. All my thoughts go with you in these difficult times.Love you !
I'm going to force myself to finally read something. Well forcing is a big word, I'm going to try. Forcing reading is never a good idea. But I'm gonna read Lair of the Lion for MC is a cat shifter.
I'm still in this stupid reasing slump. And it doesn't help that I'm kind of in a stressful situation at work at the moment. Sorry I couldn't contribute more this week.
Steven wrote: "I'm in such a reading slump."I feel you Steven. I'm in a weird mood as well. I want to read, but I have no idea what to read, and when I finally decide what to read in the evening, I'm just too tired to begin the book. And repeat the next day. I hate this
