Sorry I've been kind of absent. And I'm not reading as much as I was hoping so far for this challenge. I'll try to catch up a bit this week.

Wait. I thought as long as the word count was right, that we could read books tagged as children. Am I wrong?
If so, we'll have to delete my last read: Escape From Aurora

Lol, it'd be an interesting way of cursing someone; sending a card made out of King's recycled devilish imagination. You can send them It, or one of those foul creatures from Dark Tower.
Well... the book is about things coming back to life after all... Damn that kindergarten classroom is gonna get interesting during craft time :p
I, for once, actually started one of the books I set out to read for this challenge. *patting myself on the back*I started with The Crown of Gilded Bones. I read the first 2 books for the last group challenge, and loved them. They were really addictive. And from what I'm reading now, it'll be the same for this book. :)

Wow! thanks for all those amazing recs ! I'm certainly adding all of those I didn't know about to my tbr. :)
Laurie wrote: "Ooh, interesting! I adore Jane Austen and would gladly accept more recommendations. I also love Jane Eyre and enjoyed Elizabeth Gaskell's North and South. I need to read more Bronte and Gaskell at some point.."I am the same! I really want to read more of those classics author. But reading classics just takes me so much energy sometimes, it just takes me ages to just decide to start one. Even though every year I tell myself I'm going to read more classics. It just never works out.

That's so cute !
My cats never sleep so close together. They like to have their space :p
Eldarwen wrote: "Knowing how well our plans generally go, I'm pretty sure you're going to end up starting off with something completely different, Claire ;-))"hmmm, you're probably right. You know me so well by now. *deep sigh* why can't I follow my own reading plans?
I have a few ideas :D I don't know yet for what kind of challenge they can fit, but I might start with either of those:
Or I might just read something completely random. I'm a mood reader and it's hard for me to follow a schedule sometimes. :p
