The short story mini is always one that I find difficult to participate to. creative writing, as much as I love reading, is really not my forte. But maybe if we could come up with a sort of Mad Libs sort of thing, then that could be fun.

That’s very interesting Alyssa, thank you. I honestly didn’t do any research on the author, and I had no idea they cut so much of it for the movie. But it’s true that, I’m at 100 pages in and a lot of what I remember from the movie already happened 😅

As a book, I don't feel like it's so popular in Belgium (in the french speaking community at least).
But I have really fond (and also traumatizing) memories of watching the movie with my grandparents. We would watch it quite often when I was a kid.
I was thinking, we are really close to finish the first mini. And it's a easy one to fill in. So maybe we can try and complete it so we can start it over? What do you think?I started the The Neverending Story by Michael Ende, which fits for the Middle Grade genre. Any one read that one before?
I've heard of her too, from my sister who's an art student. Mind you, I personally don't see the point. performative art is really not my thing. But my sister says she's truly amazing.
I don't know if it has been asked yet, but for the holiday mini, for the items we need to find in book or on the cover, do they need to be unique? For instance could we read 2 books with champaign for drinks?

Thanks Alysa. Yes, I really liked it :)
I'm now looking forward to read the second book in the duology.

Hi Karen, I just saw the comment "not on shelf" for Blood of Hercules on the spreadsheet. But I just checked and it is on my wheels shelf. Could you check again? Thanks.
