I just finished my first book. Dire Bound, a book publishers and booktubers have pushed heavily recently. Well... I wasn't convinced. It's trying too hard to be the new Fourth Wing. And I certainly didn't enjoy it as much :/ You can tell it's a debut
Sophie wrote: "If you can find 3 other people for Six of Crows, that would make a square with S in all four corners."Six of Crows has been on my shelves for ages. Maybe this is the push I need to finally read it.

Hahaha, this is great !

I actually had a lot of fun watching it. Somehow it’s just crazy to me to have it adapted. I watched it with a lot of disbelieve, but also a lot of nostalgia. It’s just amazing how faithful they managed to make it. Or at least it’s very faithful to what I remember of it. And very fun
@Mel I don't know if it was said before, but when we finish a book should we make a post with all the book details here, or mark it directly in the spreadsheet? Also if it to be directly in the spreadsheet, where do you want us to indicate if a book works for other letters/mini tasks? would it be possible to add a comment column or something for that purpose in our spreadsheet?

I understand how you felt Alysa, it happened to me before too where I specifically started a book for a difficult (for me) task. Realizing that my book wasn't used for that task in the end was quite frustrating.

Rebecca, did you watch the tv adaptation of the black dagger brotherhood ? I’m curious to know what you think of it if you did

No doubt about that !

Thanks Mel. Sounds like an interesting read.

I have the same problem with my notifications. Hopefully it will fix itself soon.
Claire wrote: "Oh these answers are so much fun. Claire, thanks for changing your name. Quite a coincidence we both are from Belgium."Nice to meet you too Claire ! :)
Really funny how those coincidence happen sometimes. Especially considering that I've rarely met other Claires in my life. It's not the most common name in Brussels.
Melindam wrote: "Talking of MM romance, while it's not my usual genre, I really enjoy KJ Charles' books. And, Julia, Tal Bauer was recommended to me by others, so I may try one of their books some time. :)"
I really enjoy K.J. Charles as well. I love their writing. But it's rare for me to gravitate to historical romance, especially an MM one, so I only read a couple. I really want to continue the magpie lord series though.

Oow <3 I'm happy you're enjoying them.
I hope the second one won't disappoint.
