I've started my school read of Oryx and Crake, this morning. It's a weird book, but I'm enjoying it.

I also just started A Court of Frost and Starlight, I have a feeling this one will be a quick read. I like it so far. It's nice.

I've got some O's covered with Oryx and Crake, Only Human, and The last two books in the Omega series by Ann-Katryn Byrde which are easy and quick reads.
And if a few of us participate in the Ilona Andrews's Kate Daniels series, that'll knocked down some I's.

I've read the whole Mazerunner trilogy. The first one was awesome, but it went downhill after that. Books two and three let me down. But the movies are great !

Hello everybody. I hope you are all having a good week so far.

The first thing I'll read will be A Court of Frost and Starlight, the latest Sarah J Maas book. I just bought it yesterday. I don't know what to expect out of it really. My expectations aren't too high.
Then I'm going to read Oryx and Crake by Margaret Atwood, which I need to read for my canadian lit class. I'm actually looking forward to it. I've had to read Hag-Seed by her too and loved it. I really recommend that book if you are a fan of Shakespeare's The Tempest.
And the third book I will need to finish soon is Back to Moscow, which is my bookclub's pick of the month.

I'm so happy to be placed in the Hermione team with you all! I'm glad to see some familiar faces and I'm excited to meet some new friends, too!

For those who don't know me yet, my name is Claire. I'm 24. I'm currently in my last year at university. I'm majoring in Languages and Literatures, focusing on English and Italian. I have no idea what I will be doing next. I guess we'll see.
Right now, I'm busy preparing for my exams and I'm also writing my master thesis... So I'm sorry to say I will probably not read as much as the last years, but I'll do my best of course.

According to Pottermore (and various other not so reliable tests) I'm a Ravenclaw. But I believe, like some of you, that Hermione is somewhat a Ravenclaw too. btw, I'm so happy to be in her team as she's one of my favorite characters.
My patronus is a Siberian cats. While I would have liked something more exotic, I'm fairly happy with it. You could say I'm a crazy cat lady in the making, anyway.
My Ilvermorny house is Thunderbird.

Bookwise I read a lot of YA, fantasy, Urban Fantasy and some romance (mostly MM). Lately I've tried to branch out a little, so I try to read a little bit of everything. It really depends on my mood.

whatever ! I got Hufflepuff with that one. I'm Ravenclaw on Pottermore. But I'm ok with the idea of being a Ravenpuff.
I believe all houses are awesome in their own way.
