Japan is our next country!

Remember, only books finished after Nistha's 'The Love Theorem' book can be used for tasks in this mini.

I've moved it up the list on the tracking sheet. The completed country can be found at the very bottom of the list.

Unfortunately, we cannot use this for Mini 1 as you finished it before the current Itinerary began. We can keep it for future Mini 2 tasks though!

I have requested us a new country! We will let you know what it is once another captain has spun the wheel for us.

I'm currently working on The Grapes of Wrath and out of curiosity I looked to see if it is tagged Education. It has been tagged 15 times!
I've now moved it to that task as that seems like a harder task to do than an "against all odd/survival story".

I should finish the book either today or tomorrow.

We have finished our second Cheese!!

We are also halfway through Itinerary 3 and we just need one more 2 book which Jessica is currently reading and then the others can be any difficulty.

I would say yes! The whole animal is almost there and it looks like a moose to me!

Mini 1 - Set mostly in Latvia

I just added most of the books I have found for mini 1. I listed them further down on the list as I don't know when I will get around to them. If people have books for countries I've listed then let me know as I don't particularly have my heart set on any of them so I'm happy to swap out.

I found a book for Haiti which is 116 pages so very short, but it is a hard country. I can hold off on reading it for now and see if we get anything longer. Or I could finish it very quickly and get it ticked off.

Jessica - I think I looked up that book before and if I remember correctly it was only 20k words so not enough to be able to count

I might finish my Latvia book today, but if not it will definitely be tomorrow!

My hold for A Feast for Crows finally came through! I've been working through the series so I'm happy I can continue. It has been tagged "fun" 46 times, but as it is just over 1,000 pages long it might take me a little while to get through it and I want to finish my Latvia book first!

We have two new tasks for Mini 2!

- Read a book first published in August of any year
- Read a book tagged "Book" at least 10x

As these were easy to check, I did check our spare finished books, but none of them fit for these tasks.

If you are keeping track of those, I'd say leave those for now. It might get confusing for us if we see books with a read date, but no completion post.

We'll post new tasks here as we get them so you can let us know if any of your spare ones fit.

On the mini 2 tab there is a section next to the tasks for extra books. E or I can add it for you when you do your completion post if that's easier.

I am currently reading 2 books that have been on my TBR. So I will finish my first in a bit and hopefully the second will be not long afterwards!

Yeah, especially as my TBR managed to creep back up to over 1,100! I was so close to getting it under 1,000 >.<
So I will definitely be trying to get a few more read from my TBR this challenge.
