A benefit of not liking cheese is that it doesn't make me feel hungry because I don't want to eat it 😛
Mini 2 UpdateWe have a new task. I was able to use one of our banked books to immediately complete a task. Our new incomplete task is:
Read a book where two people of different religions interact.

I was going to read my Haiti book as it is very short so wouldn't take me long, but when I looked again it is a children's book and I can't find a word count for it so we won't be able to use it.

Mini 1 - South Africa
Spell-it-Out for future cheese:
Title: H
Author: Evert Kleynhans
The Diary of Samuel Pepys. It's just over 1,000 pages long. Samuel Pepys came up a lot during my first year of university as one of the modules was the History of London. I wanted to read it while I was at university, but that never happened and still hasn't happened 10 years later XD
This year might be the year I read it though.

That means we now meet the requirement for the current itinerary! The remaining 3 can be any difficulty but it looks like they will be 3 hard countries.

I have a book that works for the Diary task, but it is loooooong. It's been on my TBR since 2012 so I would like to read it, but I generally don't get along with the diary format of books. I might have to chip away at it over the next few weeks to get through it, so I won't claim for the task yet. If it is still available when I am closer to finishing it then I will claim it.

I also found a book for the pyramids task. It's not long so I'm hoping to get that done by the end of tomorrow too.

I am currently reading one of my South Africa books. I don't know if I will get it done today, but I can finish it tomorrow if not today (and if there is space). It is a medium country which we still need one more of for the current itinerary. But I can hold off on actually finishing it if necessary.

I see all the necessary colours in that book too!

I would say it's red. I can also see white, yellow and black. I was going to say no for black at first but then I saw the text at the top which definitely looks black to me.
So I will say yes to that book working for that task.

I've fallen into the bad habit of starting several books without finishing any. I'll do my best to finish some soon.

Good news!
We had enough books with the letters we needed to complete the new cheese!!

I'll take your word for it :P

CHEEEEEEESE!!!

Oh, sorry E. I missed that one. I was too excited about a new country XD

One more reminder in regards to Mini 1. We are close to finishing the current Itinerary. We still need one more medium country for the list to count. I know Jessica is reading one, but please keep an eye on the Itinerary when you are close to finishing books for it.
