Problems with Dreamspinner Press?http://www.tjklunebooks.com/new-blog/...
I don't want to put undo emphasis on this because Klune is about as vague as he can be while still complaining bitterly in public about his publisher, so this is not necessarily anything more than an author believing they are entitled to All The Things and the publisher seeing it differently.
For the record, I think it is terrific that Klune has been picked up by Tor--Tor has historically been supportive of lgbtq stories and themes--but...word to wise. Don't burn any bridges you don't have to.

What an excellent choice.

He prefers the TV screen of the front window. :-D Which is as smudged as your TV, I don't doubt.

I only wish I had more time to read! Last few months..."I find that if I'm seriously stressed, I can't read. Which is really unfortunate because reading used to be my refuge. But I think that's one of the downsides of writing. I can't read the way I once did. I can't really ever completely lose myself in a story. I think the last time was Ginn Hale's Rifter series.
Which isn't to say that I don't still love reading! I do.
But when I'm really stressed, I now need television or movies to distract me.
It's weird.

Aww. That's such a nice thing to have done, Jordan!
1 - MtM's clean bill of health report <32 - My annual sisters' vacation is coming this weekend! I'm so looking forward to it--everything but zip-lining which I apparently agreed to in a weak moment
3 - Glancing through my journal at all the things I accomplished this month. March was REALLY productive. From Patreon to print.
4 - The trumpet vine I thought was dead *might* be coming back.
5 - Doves cooing in the chimney -- sure sign spring is here

He really is. He has the nicest little disposition.

Wow! How cool is that!!!"
We'll see what happens! A giant question mark hung over my head as I signed the contract. Now I wish I played more video games. I buy plenty of them for my nephews and nieces!
Karen wrote: "I subscribe to the Tor.com newsletter. They published three Lambda finalist titles, the two above and J.Y. Yang's The Black Tides of Heaven, which is Book 3 in the Tensorite series...."I think Tor does a great job with their books.

Thank you, Mymymble. I think my attachment to this dog is unreasonable, but that doesn't stop me from feeling it.
