I'm HEEEEEEERE!!!!! Hello teammates! So glad I'm not on the pink team. I hate pink. LOL. I love red though! *whispers* (Steph, I think you have my time zone wrong up above. If NC for Lethal stands for North Carolina, I'm only 1 hour behind her, not 3. I'm in Central Standard time zone. ETA - AR is Arkansas, not Arizona. Is this the problem?) However, I concede that I could be wrong, cause I'm exhausted from a busy week at work and my brain can't think right now. I do work evening shift too so I hold later hours than normal people. I'm almost like a vampire. I'm even pasty white. LOL

No opinions about name. Code Red makes me laugh though cause at work that's what they use for a fire. You'd be shocked how many fires there are at a hospital. But I don't have any opinions otherwise.

I've heard of "Mother, May I?" I'm only 29, so I suspect its a regional thing (United States?) more than an age thing.

I had a lot of fun too! I'm looking forward to the next game and Round 3. I'm super pumped that we got 2nd place too! LOL

I finished on 05/17/11. I'm giving it ★★★★★. This series is the best ever. Seriously. The only problem with this book was that it was too short. I love Mercy. I LOVE Adam. The man makes me drool. Nom, nom, nom. :-) I just really, really enjoyed it. And I love that Samuel found someone that will hopefully make him happy, cause that wolf breaks my heart.

I'm going to read .

Oh yeah. I just remember another thing I didn't care for: the ghost heroine. I didn't much like it in Lover Unbound either. I just find it too implausible. Which I realize is a weird statement when I am talking about books with vampires and werewolves and valkyries.

I'll definitely continue the series. I loved those first 3 books too much to be deterred by this one.

I finished late last night (05/10/11). I'm giving it ★★★. It's my least favorite in the Immortals After Dark series so far. At the beginning, depending on who's point-of-view you were in, the verb tense would change from past (or whatever most books are written in) to present tense, which was very annoying. I get that it was done on purpose to convey that the hero was crazy, but it was still very grating. Then that different verb tense crap cleared up and we were ushered into a very long, boring section of no action and a lack of forward moving plot. Seriously, had this been the first Kresley Cole book I'd ever read, I'm not sure I would have continued. Only my absolute, undying love for the previous 3 books kept me going (and in all honesty, that love probably tacked on an extra ★). It did finally improve towards the end. One big plus (not sure if this is a spoiler so reader beware), a virgin hero! I love those, since they are soooo rare.

I finished yesterday (04/06/11). I'm giving it ★★★★3/4 stars. I really enjoyed it, but it lost a smidgen of a star for a slightly abrupt and weird ending that I wasn't completely crazy about. Still, it was an excellent final book in an amazing series.

I'll read for my paranormal romance book.

I'm going to read and finish up the series. OMG, can't wait to see how it ends.

Regarding the "In Death" series, I read up to 17 or so. At this point I've completely lost interest. I really enjoyed them all the way till the last one that I read, then I just couldn't do it anymore. I know that sounds weird, but I don't know how else to word it. LOL
