Ahh yes RA: rejuvenation that is what I am after. A couple of moths ago, I went to Vegas for a few days. It was fun, but By no means relaxing, or rejuvenating. I'm just mentally exhausted.

I think I am finally burned out. For the last 6 mo. I have been working 3 weeks on 1 week off instead of the contracted 2 on 2 off. I think this job may be coming to an end; the wife is fed up, because I’m always working. I’m fed up because were downsizing. Even thought we really need every person we have/had. I run my control room but I do not have the authority to fire my dead weight WTF?
