No, atoms of one mass will not blend with the atoms of another mass. The process of pulling atoms from their mass would be pretty difficult. That may have been why they decided to say it would cause an explosion. However teleporting is a wave pattern. So the waves would just "break" around the solid object and materialize somewhere on the other side of the object. Think of a log sitting on the shoreline of a beach. The water flows around the log and collapses back on to it on the other side.

I read this article a few months ago about a guy that remembered everything in his life. Down to the minute. Like the questioner would say... 1983 April 3, 1132. And the guy would spit out what was going on. I forget how they verified all this but apparently it is true. Freaky, I don't know if I would want to remember everything. That could be a curse. What if your child was a victim of a horrible murder, and the killer sent you a tape of the murder. The event would be crystal clear in your mind for ever. Never fading, everyday your child being brutally murdered. You can keep that one Amy; we live in a shitty world to risk that one.

I think every adult should be able to swear all the time. As soon as you turn 21, BAM! Go buy some alcohol, a pack of smokes, and tell the teller to have a great fucking day! I am sure if people could express their real feelings there would be a lot less hate in the world.

This morning as I stumbled out of the man camp, marching threw knee deep snow, in my PJ’s to go have a smoke. I realized, WTF am I doing? It is -15 and snow’n and a blow’n. What are some of the things that you do, that you wish you wouldn’t?

I also think I drink too much. (When I am home.) I’m not an alcoholic or anything, but from the time I get home to the time I come back to work, I drink. I don’t drink myself into a stupor but I am always buzzed a little. I might nurse from a case of Silver Gulch Copper River Lager for a week. It’s just that I do it all day.

Do you have any idea how many politicians would shit themselves on camera? Or vomit at the climax of their speech. I think I could accomplish a lot. People would actually watch c-span. It would be like NASCAR. Nobody would really care about what was going on, they would be watching just for the spills and thrills.
