3113 My primary function in life at the moment (what I do for monetary reimbursement) Is to look at broken machinery poke it with my finger and then just walk away. With all the onlookers that are suppose to be able to fix this stuff looking scared. I return a few moments later, with an obscure tool and then everything purrs like NB. But I however am not known as the "magic machine man" I am known as the asshole that you best keep your distance from. This is a title that my minions exploit to get little perks... any time they ask for something they know they shouldn't have "Oh Nick requested it..." Bam they walk back to the control room with (Cookies, banana cream pie, new chairs, an espresso machine!) This ask and receive seems to work for everyone under my charge except for one. No humidifier, No skin treatments. If I thought I could get away with it I would ration her air supply. Not enough to kill her, just enough so that she is busy gasping for air instead of talking.

I would like to someday be like a Da Vinci. Invent and build some cool superthingy-o-matic. But I will slave here until I am 45 then I am done.
3113 No that sound familiar. I don't recall all the details, But it was either early this year, or late last year. Once things slow down here I will redouble my efforts to track down the scoop.

A perfect example of someone with no imagination; the assumption that his knowledge is infallible and all the ideas have been thought. When even as a layman I find the errors in his thinking. Sure he has a lot of technical data, which seems to support his assertions but he misses the mark on application and thinking outside of the box. This guy has no future in the “invent the future business” He might make a good teacher some day.

I am also looking for an article that I read recently about sonic manipulation of the water during the extraction process. They (Claim) to have improved efficiency to 39% and are hoping to gain 60% soon. We will see.

Isaiah: Didn't want you to feel ignored. I'm aware of the energy draw necessary for the process. I have always assumed Nuclear, would be the main path forward. But I always have a negative with that (what to do with the waste). This seems to be promising; almost what some are working on with other alternate fuels. The sky is the limit and imagination is the way there. If it is not impossible, then it is possible. I happen to be of the mind that not only is it possible, but that it IS the way forward. Granted in the end it may not work as I envision it, but I am sure it will work.

3113 very carefully?
3113 It's eerie; it's like he can see into the future... The biggest shock to me was NB doesn't matter. That is surprising, surely he holds some sway, why else survive if he serves no purpose? If there is no purpose then he doesn't need to be there. Since he is there, I insist there is a reason for it. Did you check your results three times?

3113 Ah, right post Barakalypse...
3113 Some time ago there was a thread where I mentioned the “space elevator” Someone asked what it was (Lori I think) Well today I have taken the time to cut and paste some pages that I read about it. There is plenty more out there of course this is just the basic overview.

Always happy to be the bearer of good news. I assume this means that the galactic cosmic radiation will bring on the onslaught of zombies… our sun is acting quite stupid this last decade or so… Glad I added that zombie survival guide to my to-read list.

3113 The Post office in N.P. Is jammed packed with people for 2 months every year. Everyone wants the NP post mark... But yeah. I guess If I were a kid and got a letter from Santa from the north pole I would think it was cool.

3113 I think so... If I understand this right they voted against gay marriage right?

So I think they should have been concerned with more important things. Again who cares if Joe and Joe get married I don't, doesn't affect me at all. But that's what brought the base to the polls, was to stop that! I say again ASSHOLES!

3113 What is Prop 8?

3113 A thought just occured to me. If anyone has small children of the age where they can read but still believe in "santa" I live about 10 min from "North Pole" Alaska. And for the holidays they use a christmas post mark. So letters from santa in the north pole, just send me a message and we can work it out.
3113 I concur Isaiah. I have always stated that the start up would be expensive. But it is the only real solution for our current technology. So I assert, instead of wasting money on publicity stunts, spend the money wisely on a real solution.

3113 Not even the prospect of pummeling hippies is cheering me up today. Time for R&R with my good buddy jack.
Nov 05, 2008 08:24AM

3113 Oh, Another thing that upset me... I am at work and voted via mail, so I missed my opportunity to punch hippies.
