21857 The Joburg competition is 6-7 December which is right at the start of our crazy busy season so it is hard for me to get away from work. Also, they take the top 4 of the 5 competitions so it is fine to miss a competition. Apparently the whole competition schedule is changing next year so we will see how that works out...

21857 Thanks! I really love the sport and although I know I am not that great at it, it just shows what persistence can do (in a small sport!!)

21857 Durban was great fun. Ended the week off with my last National fencing competition for the year and was happy with my results. The updated rankings were released today and I'm now 17th in SA in Senior Womens Epee!! I'm very happy with my year of fencing!!!

21857 Is there another way to watch series?

I go through phases where I watch lots of series and times when I don't watch any. I watch a wide variety so am always checking out new shows.

I heard today that the first Doctor Who episode with the new doctor will be aired in cinemas around the world. I hope we get it here in PE. Peter Capaldi looks awesome (although Tenant is still my favourite).
