they always seem to be.

i know! it's just awesome!
oh, slightly off topic. has anyone read clover? i saw it at the bookstore last week, but didn't have time to do research about it.

you can find chi pictures everywhere. they're done quite beautifully.

it's about the borgia family in 15th century italy. you get to read about politics, corruption, murder, marriage, incest...
ah, it's a ton of fun. i'm sad that it isn't closer to historically accurate, but higuri does keep it interesting.

yay!! i can't wait to hear what you think of it when you get your hands on it.

that is different. is it well written? a story like that can flop easily if it's poorly written.

lol, i had forgotten about that. how silly of me!

you can. i saw it in borders last week. so it's still pretty mainstream.

i must say i'm half-way through the series and it's just as good as the anime, if not better. in my opinion, it's classic clamp. it just has a feel of not being an ordinary manga.

i think the creepiest manga i have is
mermaid saga. it's pretty good though. i don't know, it's no
walking dead. my boyfriend loves that graphic novel. oh, but zombies are so creepy!
i see
afterschool nightmare from time to time at the bookstore. is it something worth looking into?

sorry about the confusion. i should really speak/type more clearly.

i just finished book 4. the anime follows pretty close to the manga. it's nice when that happens because you could just do one or the other. but i'm glad that i found it at the library. it's a decent read

i'm excited! i don't think it's at my library so i'll have to keep my eyes peeled for it at the bookstore

nah, when i lived at home i kept my manga on the d/l. i even had a bookshelf that i started to fill in my closet (it was already there before i started my manga addiction). it wasn't until after i moved out that i started to ask for them for my birthday and such. but yeah, when i was younger, my mom bought me archies to try to get me to read. so i guess i was always in a different situation.

haha. with everything you can add to it, it's quite easy to share with tons of people. haha

i downloaded half of the series, then bought the other half. i sort of wish that i bought the entire series when it was available because now i just have the last half.

of course it does! besides creepy manga is just creepy.

oh so many! i just started cantarella. i was surprised by how good it is!

i had a dyslexic moment. it's that onemanga.com mentioned in the tsubasa discussion. though, mangafox.com is a good site too

card captures was one of my first animes. though i can't say that i saw a bunch of it. i have one of the books, but i kept putting off getting others. i might have to pick it up again. it is classic clamp after all.
