I am going to try my best to make it. :) Your book sounds hilarious. On Tuesdays I feature various children's authors on my Facebook page and would be happy to do a feature for you. If you are interested email me at ericagrahamauthor@gmail.com. :)

Saw that on your Facebook page. Congrats Carole!
R.L. wrote: "My something good although really small: I hit 500 organic followers on Twitter!! Yay"I wouldn't call that small. ;) Congrats!
Theodore wrote: "Mary Ellen wrote: "I make playlists in much the same way Justin described above. These appear in the back of the book on a chapter by chapter basis for my contemporary novels. My contemporaries usu..."That is one loaded list with some excellent pieces!

VERY NICE! You have a great eye R.L., not referring to the eye on the cover, though that is pretty epic too. :)

Welcome Brydie! Thanks for posting, sounds like fun!

I am with you Carole, I prefer print. I will read Kindle but I have found myself buying the print version partway through a book because I felt I would enjoy it more.

I recently had someone start following my page that seems to have an abundance of 1 stars to hand out. Just waiting for mine. :/ I hope they at least buy the book so I get a sale out of it lol.
Amy wrote: "At this point I'm beginning to believe it's streaking through the Kent countryside waving a banner of my book cover. It's just not warm enough yet..."Hahaha! That would definitely get some attention! Maybe if your lucky someone will catch it on video and it will go viral.

I feel being in a group like this gives us an advantage over other authors out there doing it on their own. The feedback we are able to give each other and promotional support are invaluable. :) You all rock!

Great first takeover Nicole!

Thank you Erin! I appreciate your advice. I will be sure to keep you in mind if I hit any roadblocks along the way. :)

Thank you for the help! This is probably a stupid question, but can I change my theme in the future if my website needs change? Also, can I make changes to the HTML code that comes with a theme incase I want to tweek it?

I am starting an author website and have already purchased my domain name. I have decided that I want to go with my own website instead of an option like worpress.com. This is new to me and I want to make sure I am understanding this correctly. My next step is to find a host company (like Bluehost who charges a monthly fee) and use a template from a company like wordpress.org to create my website. Is that correct? Also, are the wordpress.org themes really free or are there hidden fees? Does anyone have recommendations for good author page themes? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Congrats Carole, CL, and Jennifer!

Still sharing Carole! This is so exciting!

Thank you Alex, Alexis, J. and Judy! :) :) :) :)
