I received your email Ted and don't need any other information. Thank you!

Perfect! Just send me your info and I will get you on the schedule. :)
Carole wrote: "If you have room for me- Erica I'd like to be included."I always have room for you Carole! :) Do you want me to use the same bio and author picture from the party? It might be good to feature a different series than the one from the party. Maybe your Capitan No Beard series or one of your new books? Just let me know what you prefer and send me an email with any new pictures or updated info. I will push your feature out a little if that is ok since we just finished the release party. That way the post won't be back to back with your other feature that just finished. Thanks Carole!
This event is complete. However, I would like to continue supporting my fellow children's picture book indie authors. If you are interested in claiming a Facebook feature post please send the following information to ericagrahamauthor@gmail.com. 1. A one paragraph author bio.
2. A one paragraph blurb for the book you would like featured.
3. Your links to your amazon pages/social media pages/website.
4. Your author picture and a picture of your chosen feature book.
Thank you!

Totals so far: coffee and tea are neck and neck! Water and soda/pop are pretty much equal seconds. Alcoholic beverages and energy drinks are last. Seems that country and genre don't have a clear pattern yet. :)

Congrats Becky! Incredible article!
I feel that my series targets a unique concept in children's books. My goal was to not only target this concept, but to make sure that my storylines didn't suffer to accomplish this goal. This way the books are appropriate for ALL young children. I want these books to be fun for kids working with speech and fun for kids with typically developing speech. :)
Going to brainstorm on this one. I will post ideas as they come but I am not set on any of these:Authors Navigating Indieworld

Being new to this process, I am wondering if anyone has good links for examples of book review cover letters and press releases as these are required when submitting print copies for review. Thanks!
I like matte finish better in the YA fiction/fantasy genre. In fact, most YA books I have are matte. It is rare to find them in glossy.
Carole wrote: "ice cream- technically not a drink, but always my choice. Talenti Caribbean Coconut is my obsession."Speech therapists also work with swallowing deficits. We typically consider ice cream a liquid since it melts during the swallowing process so you're good! ;) Wow...I'm such a nerd lol
This is completely random, but I thought for fun we could see if there are any patterns! What is your drink of choice when writing? Include your genre and country so we can see if there is any correlation. :)I write children's books and am in the US. I rarely start a writing or illustrating session without a cup/glass of tea. It doesn't matter if it is hot or iced, sweet or unsweet, it just needs to be tea. :)
