I am so sorry to hear about this Alex. I know that no matter what happens, you will find a way to keep writing and publishing. I hope things work out soon for you. Wishing you the best.

Thank you for keeping us posted. I have been doing a lot of research over the last couple days on Ingram. I would like to try a hardcover copy of Puppy's Bubble. They seem fairly similar to Createspace right now with setup (except for the $25 fee every time a new file is uploaded). Also trying to figure out royalties and cost.

Good luck with your goals Alex. My goals this week:1. Work on storyline for book 5.
2. Continue promotion for the author giveaways from the party.
3. Prepare for book signing this weekend.

I agree. I have had printing issues in the past as well and Createspace has always been quick to rectify the situation at no additional cost to me. I do not plan to switch from Createspace at this time. Though the hardcover option with Ingram Spark is tempting.

I am currently with Createspace. I am just exploring my options incase I need to switch in the future.
I have been very happy with Createspace so far, I am just worried things might change with the new kdp print option.

Even Createspace is emailing me and pushing me to try KDP paperba..."Just curious...Trying to figure out a back up plan if Createspace does something weird...Why did you publish through two different platforms and do you have a different ISBN for each one?

I get that they are trying to avoid fake and misleading reviews. Unfortunately, it prevents many legit reviews from displaying too...
Marie wrote: "I have a GRRR post about my recent Amazon ad campaign that will hopefully help someone from getting stuck in the same situation. I tried an ad campaign with them last year with unimpressive results..."Sorry about your ad Marie...That is frustrating. Hopefully you got some visibility even though you didn't make a sale. They say it takes someone seeing a book 3 times before they buy.
I wonder if it because I reviewed the old edition on Amazon before? I have never had a review take this long before, but it did say up to 48 hours.
