201765 I have had multiple occasions where I have been overwhelmingly thankful for the help and advice from people in this group. I wanted to create this thread as a place where we can not only thank each other, but hopefully find inspiration for unique ways that we can help other authors. :)

201765 Glad to hear you are feeling better CeDany!
201765 Honestly though, you do a lot to offer us opportunities and excellent advice. Thank you for all you do for your fellow indie authors, Carole! :)
201765 Will you be my mom Carole? Lol

201765 I love crime and mystery novels! I am very excited to read it. Just wish I could find time to do more reading. It is very high up on my list though.

201765 Sorry about your mom, Alex. My grandpa is going through a similar thing with seizures. It seems like every time we think things are getting better, something else happens and they have to readjust meds. It's so hard because no two people seems to react to meds the same and it often takes around 2 weeks to know the full effect. It's a horribly stressful waiting game. I hope they get things figured out soon and that you will be able to get some rest. Take care of yourself.

201765 Very cool news, Alex! I have your books on my TBR list. I am hoping to get to them soon. Life seems to get in the way a lot though.

201765 Seeing a lot of people from Florida up my direction. They are staying with their family and friends until the storm passes. Glad to see many people are heeding warnings.

201765 I haven't seen a movie in theaters in 5 years...no way my kids would sit through one and when we get a babysitter we don't choose to spend the time in a theater. Will definitely watch it when it comes out on DVD though.

201765 I agree. They will have some educating to do in their trailers to get people interested. Though the demand for female supers in the US has been high recently so that may help. Especially following the heels of Wonder Woman's success. And, the Batgirl action figures have been flying off the shelves at the stores for months (regular stores not comic book) so that may have influenced their decision to make a Batgirl movie. Only time will tell if they are making the right decision or not. :)

201765 I always saw Batgirl as a sidekick growing up, but my husband is a huge comic book nerd and changed my mind. Lol. I am pretty stoked about the new movie. I just hope they do it justice. I am a huge fan of the superhero movies right now though and can see where people who are not as into them would be getting tired about now. They all tie together so far so if you follow them, each new movie is like the next installment to a series.

201765 Thanks! Sent a request. :) I like groups that limit promo posts on Facebook. It gets very spammy if you don't. Great name too!
