One of our nominations, Invisible Man by Ralph Ellison, has a very similar name to another popular book, The Invisible Man by H.G. Wells.We have been getting seconds for both titles and I didn't want anyone to be confused about what book they were seconding. So, if you did mean for your vote to go towards The Invisible Man , please let me know!

1. Must have a publication date 1970 or after. For older books, please make your suggestion on the Classics thread.
2. Have not been previously ready by this group. Previously read books can be nominated in the Bookshelf Catchup thread. See the group's Bookshelf for previously read books.
3. Be reasonably well-read to fit the "Everyone Has Read This but Me" claim.
Not a hard and fast rule, but please try to limit your nominations to one book per category. But please do second any that interest you! The number of seconds determine poll inclusion.

I just got a copy from the library, so I can start it today! I have also wanted to read this for awhile now.
I've seen the movie a few times, but I've never read the book, so I'm really excited to read it with all of you this month!
