Still your normal prn books, just having the base lore coming from the celts etc, rather than the author just 'grabbing a fairy' and sticking it in the story? Not sure if I'm making sense... I guess Sookie Stackhouse could be 'grab a fairy', but Shadow Sight by EJ Stevens has all the supernatural referencing from the old lore.

I think I know this book... Not sure if he was shot tho, and her in withdrawals doesn't ring a bell, but I'll have a look. From memory, the h had been hiding quietly in the dark corner trying not to distract while he was releasing the brat. His seal senses told him someone was there before they left and the brat tried to get him to leave her. The jungle was the same but think he gave the h his tshirt cause he'd only brought clothes for the brat.
The rest is mixing in my head with another book where the extra h captive was actual unconscious when they went in to save the girl and decided to save her too... relieved to find her an American when she woke.

That's a great idea. Think I had the web address saved on my iPad, but it's given up the ghost and I haven't got it set up on the iPhone cause I only use the app. Will see what I can do. The database/list is def something I would normally be all over! Don't know why it's never crossed my mind, but thanks heaps. Will try and set it up ASAP, cause that will make life hella easier when it comes to this stuff. 😊

OMG... I've got 24 individual threads! That's scary considering I don't end up posting everything I actually mean to 😳Thanks tho, will have to have a look and try to clean it up.

It's possible I've already asked about this book here before, but don't think I got around to it. If I did, sorry!iBook (outside remote chance is was kindle, but not likely)
Likely free or cheap
Not read this year, but probably between 2014/16ish
It might be ménage, but it might not. There's definitely two guys (brothers or not) discussing her at some point, but I can't remember if it was just a friend sharing concern or partners concerned for their woman. One of them might be the town cop/sheriff. Pretty sure one of them is her landlord. One of the guys or both might have a kid/s. The h might be a teacher, but that's and outside guess.
The h is I think new to town, but there's a chance she has been there for a little while before they finally got together.
She is running from someone and sets up 'home security' which the guy/s trip at some point and freak her out... this clues them in that's somethings up. It think she scatters pebbles in the front walk and maybe a paper clip in the door jam. The H (or the other guy) goes to the rental to fix the water heater(?) and upsets her traps... she freaks and the other guy finds her panicked in the car.
MAYBE, the psycho ex is who she's running from and he might actually set the house on fire when he tracks her down??? Think I remember the guys trying to figure out if it could have been the work they had done on the house or not.
Thanks :)
The Chronicles of Kerrigan by WJ MayGets sent to exclusive boarding school to find out she is basically a slightly older female Harry Potter with a slight twist to the background.
Holly Rayner(? can't remember what the authors name is 😣) has been (re)releasing A LOT of prince/sheik books in the last year. They are (from what I've read and heard) all fairly 'adult hallmark' cliche. If you think it might sound like one of those, I'll go for a hunt tonight and see if I can find the ones I've got.

No worries. It's a good reminder... Think I'll have a reread after I get thru my current less than stellar book ;) enjoy

Nothing Left To Lose by Kirsty Mosley. I love that one. But I think she's just split the book up into two or three 'because of the length'. Admittedly, it is about 800pgs, but it still all works as one book, so no need to split IMO.

Probably not, but either Outlander by Diana Gabaldon or The Ancient Future by Traci Harding? Very different types of books, but similar to your general query.

If it helps, I get the feeling I've reading it in just the last year or two, but that leaves a few hundred books. It's likely a cheap or free and def available on iBooks.

That rings a bell... but I really can't remember which bell!I keep getting side tracked to a Valkyrie character named Soleil in The Lost Wolf - which is def not your book. But she leads me to a vampire(?) called Victoria(?) in another book I can't remember who I think matches your search. Not sure if she was a long term friend-w-benies or actually in love with the guy/s. Ah... can't place it, but I'll try and keep it in mind and see if I can follow it later.

Oh, Salt Brides was good. Not PRN tho is it?Try The Haunting of a Duke by Chasity Bowlin
MAYBE, A Lady Out of Time by Caroline Hanson? It might scrape in for what you're looking for.
Alice in Zombieland by Gena Showalter (surprised I haven't mentioned it before, but I just had a quick look thru and couldn't see it)And for an adult short story, Sinderella Sexy by Jan Springer
I do know of one girl who did it to trap her younger boyfriend. There were a ton of people trying to interfere with them and she's just got stuck in her head and thought they'd never make him leave his kid... They tried, he didn't. He is a dotting part time dad who is lovely to the mum when they are together (as in I'm here with you while I'm here with you - as she wanted), and 'single' when he's not, because he's has refused to commit to her, as per all the outside influences preferences. 7yrs + now. She still wants him, so puts up with it, and he still likes her, but has gotten used to his freedom and still can't ignore the others. He was very young at the start and being pushed and pulled by everyone to do things their way. Sadly, they both are really lovely people... just stuck in a nasty cycle that they can't seem to break. So far it doesn't seem to be having a bad affect on the kid, but nothing internal or external has convinced them to sort their shit out yet.
